Monthly Rentals in Faugh

The cottage was absolutely spectacular, and exactly as described - located just inside Killarney National Park, the grounds are beautiful and it's an easy walk (or short drive) to local restaurants, shops, the INEC, and Killarney town center. The cottage itself was gorgeous and very well appointed, and we very much appreciated the small touches - some coffee, tea, and biscuits for us to enjoy! We met Eileen just after check-in, where she gave us a quick but thorough tour of the cottage and shared some great conversation about the area and the event we were in town for. Thank you so much, Eileen & John, for an excellent week and we'd love to be back!

I’m so glad we ended up staying in this cozy cottage. I was so sad to leave! For anyone reading this deciding on if they should book a stay — just do it. It was wonderful. The cottage is clean, has hot water (my Dublin stay had lukewarm water…so this was a dream), located in a beautiful area, and a welcoming/helpful host. If you’re lucky, he might even give you some goodies from the farm. How many people can say that?

The place is in a great location, very central to Killarney Main Street. I would stay there again. Only difficulty I had was the code for check-in was about 1 digit off lucky I was able to guess and get in. Also the fire alarms are indeed VERY sensitive. My shower caused them to go off which made me sprint down the stairs to turn them off in only my underwear. I was locked out from my phone and rest of my clothes so owner tried calling me when I used the ring doorbell. I gave him a third ring the next day and directed me to spare keys. It’s a very great place I was just extremely unlucky, just beware of the fire alarm!

Great self contained apartment. More than I expected. Quiet area about 1.5 km walk to the town centre. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there and Brian was always available to answer any questions.
