Vacation rentals with a patio in Fátima

I stayed 7 days and we had flexible check-in, since we were able to arrive at the apartment before 3pm, the place is very safe, with security and all day and quiet to sleep at night, there is a restaurant in case you want to eat something, the area perhaps at night is not so busy but the location is downtown and perfect for getting around the city of Buenos Aires, nearby subway, bakeries, cafes, kiosks, tourist attractions, in short a 100% recommended place. Romina was very helpful and responded very quickly when I needed it.

This place exceeded all my expectations! The apartment was excellent, and my favorite part was the private rooftop patio with jacuzzi. Awesome for sunbathing and relaxing. The neighborhood is very nice with so many cafes, bars, and shops. You can do so much and not even leave the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

Please check the photos and reviews other have shared - I agree with all!!! The photos describe the place very well. Very very nice place, very well located, nice neighborhood, store right across the street and nice neighborhood restaurant right there on the corner - which we unfortunatlely left for last..... Nice to have a bottle of water ready in the fridge on arrival, plus small details such as toillet paper, shampoo, soap and other such in place (small things which we have sometimes missed elsewhere). Our host was already there waiting for us on arrival and arranged for our early departure. We can fully recommend!!!! Should we return to Buenos Aires would love to stay there again.

The apartment is beautiful. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The key works perfectly, and the detail of the plants together with that patio really add a lot to the comfort of the place. The air conditioning works perfectly and cools the room very quickly. The service with Fede was super nice. I really recommend the place.

The department of Sami met all our expectations, very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The apartment has a lovely terrace 🫶🏼 I definitely recommend it!

Laura was an amazing host! She was super friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The place perfectly matched the description, and the pool was a great bonus—clean and well-maintained. Everything was exactly as advertised, and I had no issues at all during my stay. Laura made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a relaxing and stress-free stay!

We are told by host it was like a country home in the city. There is an old farmhouse feel to it that may not be for everyone but I really liked the open floor plan, tall ceilings and the many openable French doors to the private courtyard. There is a little step in the courtyard- watch out- easy to trip on. This is not the home for people who want to sit in their rooms and watch TV- it’s more for a large group to have fun together and having a comfortable place to share meals and relax after sightseeing. I would come back here for sure!

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Worthy to recommend. The location of the house, the well equipped kitchen and the amazing hospitality of Lisandro and Candela made us not want to leave. Great cost for value, perfect location and great hosts. Definitely would recommend

Highly recommended, everything as described by Teresa . Second time renting it and I would rent it again. If you are thinking of spending a few quiet days without noise and with lots of nature this is the perfect place!!!!!!

This place is perfect for stays near the Movistar Arena. The apartment is located three blocks from the stadium, in a very quiet neighborhood. It's on the ground floor, so it has an ideal patio to enjoy during the day. The place is spacious, well lit and has a garage ideal for small cars. The master bathroom is super spacious and also has a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. Communication with Maria was always very fluid, this is key for any questions that may arise during the stay. Although it is not an area that is known for having many bars or restaurants, a few blocks away you have the Los Bohemios bodega, which is a 10, and several cafes within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay in a beautiful house.

The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of places to eat and beautiful parks to go for a walk or exercise. The view from the apartment is incredible! You can enjoy the sunrise from the from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Instructions on how to get in, wifi, garage, etc were simple and clear. Sofia is an amazing host, she was always available when we needed her! I would recommend this place a thousand times and more! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Sofia!!! 🥰💕

The apartment is beautiful, it is a duplex inside a building. Something unusual in the area. Very comfortable, everything new (that's to be appreciated). Very convenient garage, the outdoor patio invites you to stay when you don't want to go out. And Nico is always attentive!! We will be back!!

We loved every moment in this lovely home. It was perfectly located between 2 areas that we spent a lot of time in. As well as Patricia was super helpful with everything even with the slightly different inquiries about football tickets. Then will definitely book again if we come to Buenos Aires
