Colleen’s place is beautiful and exactly as advertised. We had no issues and she was very communicative leading up to our stay to make it easy.

Super friendly host and very responsive! The house was just as described and was beautiful. Easy check in and out.

Despite the frigid temperatures, the house was warm and comfortable. Each room had a control for heat. Naydee checked in with us from time to time to make sure we were happy. The basement bathroom was a bit tiny, but clean. Plenty of towels and hot water. Shower was a bit tight, but there were 6 of us, so we needed 2 bathrooms and this fit the bill. Overall, a nice stop!

Aisling's place was a spacious home for our stay. We had plenty of space to sleep, have game nights, and alone time. The hot tub was a hit. Our hosts were responsive and helpful. They brought the things we needed quickly and gave recommendations when asked. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommended it to others.

The inside and outside areas were meticulously maintained. The weather was great, so we were able to really enjoy the pool and deck. Michelle was extremely responsive and did a great job with instructions, recommendations, and communications. One member of our party needed to work a few days, and the office space in the basement was perfect.

My group had a wonderful stay. We felt right at home. The property was private and the house was clean. The backyard is beautiful with a great pool. Erol was responsive throughout our stay. I would stay here again!

My friends and I really enjoyed our time here! we played with all the games and the mini golf! We cooked a taco dinner together in the kitchen and we laughed so much. We went here to spend New years together we watched the ball drop on the TV it was an amazing time.

Haithum was such a great host . Everything was amazing just as described . Had a beautiful stay here . Place was incredibly spacious bigger than pictures and room were very nice . Had a lot of essentials in like towels , garbage bags , shampoo etc.

The apartment was just perfect - spacious , well equipped , super comfortable and the most amazing location. It was great to have the big skies and calm of the ocean boardwalk to start and end busy Manhattan days. Being so close to the A train station was a real bonus and we loved getting the NYC ferry too. Stop and Shop handy and well stocked for groceries and Vino By The Sea has a great selection of wines including some local gems. Couldn’t have asked for a better family stay.

The apartment met all expectations. I felt very comfortable. The bed was insanely comfortable so I could sleep very well. Of course, the way to Manhattan from Rockaway Beach is not the shortest, but I knew that in advance. Within 75 minutes I was "in the middle" of whether I went by train or boat. Supermarket and the recommended "restaurant" are also within walking distance (5 minutes). Even as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe in the area. The fact that you were on the beach within a few minutes' walk in the most beautiful weather was rounded off.

The place easily accommodated the 3 of us and was comfortable including when we had our 3 adult children over for dinner. We were there during Christmas and the Christmas tree was a nice touch. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

Lovely and easy to access. Communicative host. Much like having a hotel room which was all we needed for the night. Great beds and linens, towels, and nice little kitchenette.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at this apartment. It was perfectly located to allow us to take a great long walk on the boardwalk in the morning, and was an easy drive to the events we were on Long Island for. Bruce was a great host and very responsive to questions ahead of our stay. We so appreciated the special touches like cookies left for us and a bottle of milk to go with our coffee! Our stay was easy and comfortable we would definitely stay there again.

Appreciated Gregory being friendly and thorough, meeting us in person, giving us a tour of the place upon arrival, and the charm factor of this house. The kitchen was very well stocked and usable, there was a lot of community space and a lot of bedrooms and beds, so it was great for our purpose.

This was our third year staying there, it always feels like home. Geraldine is there to greet you, show you around and makes sure you know you can get in touch with her at any time. The house is exactly like the photos, clean, plenty of space. There is a harbor and small beach within walking distance . There are plenty of beach towels, umbrellas, toys for a day at the beach. She makes sure on your first morning you have coffee, juice and homemade treats!! We will continue to stay here every year!!!!

As always, me & my daughter’s stay was great! Geet is always responsive & willing to help. This is an amazing beach house airbnb I would recommend to anyone and & absolutely I would recommend his beach house to anyone. The beach house is great, it has everything you need and very kid friendly. This is my first destination when it comes to air bnb. Geet truly does work with you if you have questions about anything. The neighborhood was peaceful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our host, “Face,” was outstanding—always available, responsive, and eager to assist with anything we needed. Very convenient and nice place to stay while visiting NYC, we really enjoyed it and also we had bedroom with our own area with kitchen, tv, bathroom and mini-hall way. 3-4 min walking to the closest bus station then train to get to Manhattan. Thank you.

AIi’s a great host. The house was as described, very spacious and well kept. Check-in was super easy as Ali sent me all the info 2 days before. The house is in a great location and everything is within driving distance. There’s also a YMCA 1 minute away which we used for workouts. Ali was also very responsive throughout our stay and made sure we were comfortable.

Highly recommend!!! Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. House was very comfortable and relaxing. Groceries, restaurants, and bus stops were all within easy walking distance. After a busy day in city, it was nice to relax in a place that felt like home. Marta is very sweet and quick to respond to messages. Will definitely look at staying here again when we return to the city.
