Very well equipped, with very nice terrace. The host is very kind and allowed us to arrive in advance because the accommodation was free. Host has provided us with information about the surrounding area. The listing matches the photos well and in addition there is a large space to park the car. Within 30 minutes drive you can visit the charming little town of Nemi and then stop at Castel Gandolfo (Secondary Residence of the Pope). If you want to go to Rome, the train is about ten minutes' walk away.

Tenuta Capizucchi is always a guarantee. the place is fantastic, close to the city but surrounded by greenery in the Roman countryside. Very convenient for those arriving by car. A comfortable apartment with everything you need. Costel exhaustive in the explanations, friendly and available for anything you need.

Aldo was super helpful even before we arrived to Italy. He helped us settle in despite the late check in hour and adjusted to our needs, made sure we had food, the correct sockets (which we'd forgotten!) and only left when he was sure we were settled in comfortably. Aldo walked us through the villa and showed us where everything was placed and how to operate the gates. He's been extremely helpful in showing us where the local supermarkets and food places are, had great recommendations and even helped arrange taxi services and local visits. He went above and beyond in helping make our stay comfortable and so when we came back to the villa-- it was truly a peaceful place to rest. Aldo also prepped for our visit by sending ahead directions to Rome and other cities as well as a daily check in to make sure we didn't need anything. He's an excellent host and incredibly friendly and kind and made our stay a beautiful respite from the major cities. He's always quick to respond, help and guide!
