The apartment was in a fantastic location for the town. Some good little walks to nearby villages. Really modern apartment with everything needed at hand.

My parents stayed at Louise’s accommodation it was easy to find. Louise was very helpful and the place was just right, especially in terms of location. Louise left clear instructions, she also left basic ‘get you going’ items I.e. milk and bread, thank you Louise that was a welcomed touch. Many thanks I think they’ll be back.

We had a lovely stay in this ground floor apartment. All very clean and tidy and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Colin. The village an easy walk away with several pubs and restaurants. Easy access to York by bus. There is a cafe next door breakfast was lovely and good value. Bought a lasagne to heat up later in apartment which was lovely. Would highly recommend this accommodation and location.

What a great stay. From the greeting when we arrived from Cat, to the goodbye from Andy as we were departing, we felt so welcome and couldn’t ask for more. The hot tub was just what we were looking for and the shepherds hut itself had a cozy feel to it. All the animals are close by and are a nice touch being able to go and see them during your stay also. Facilities such as the BBQ was great as well as it meant we had the option to use it if we wanted (and we did, it was great). This is definitely something I’ll be recommending to others and was a stay we won’t forget. Thanks for having us x
