Renting a property can be high adventure, but our minds were set at ease from the beginning. Throughout, communication was excellent and proactive…and friendly. Every question was patiently answered and in a timely manner. We are so glad that we selected this amazing property. We definitely recommend!

Beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood! I needed something close to campus and it was perfect. I had everything I needed and the host was very responsive. Everything was clean and the beds and pillows are so comfortable, I slept better than I have in a while. A big plus was how beautifully it was decorated. I will definitely be back!

Great country get away!! Even tho I was born and raised here throughout my childhood the place felt like home. It’s a dead end road where the family owns most of the end so not a lot traffic. Plenty of room and very quiet. This was my third or fourth time booking the place and has not disappointed me at all.

Great, centrally located property. I’d be happy to stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at Gordon’s property! The decorations were beautiful. We appreciated all of the toiletries that were provided for us. Gordon was a great host. We’d certainly recommend staying here.

The house itself was as described, clean and comfortable. Just know the neighborhood and surrounding area isn't really the best to plan on walking to anything and be aware of your surroundings.

This house is spacious and very clean. Alex is very responsive and helpful, a great host. Great backyard, and great location.

We had a wonderful time at Camp Velvet. This was our second visit and it was so very peaceful. The beautiful fall weather and foliage made everything so delightful. What a pleasure to sit on the back porch, drink a cup of tea, and take in the sounds and scenery. The cabin was squeaky clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We had a lovely time exploring the property and hiking around the trails. Truly a lovely break from city life. Victoria and John are wonderful hosts that are responsive and caring. They take the time to fill in the little details that help make the stay so enjoyable. If you get a chance, go to Camp Velvet! Can’t wait to return sometime soon 😊
