Great place to stay, clean and within walking distance to the square, shops, restaurants.

Peaceful, quiet, safe, clean, good location and attentive home owner. Good water pressure, comfy beds, plenty of towels (good towels) and several pillow options. Washer and dryer worked well. Kitchen had more than enough pots, pans, amenities to make dinners and snacks. Grocery store is only 2 miles away. Stayed with my adult kids for a week to see family. We all loved the place and recommend it highly. We will come again. It’s close to the 101, but we never heard the freeway traffic. Tucked away, and easy to miss the turn the first time. We read the reviews and were ready to look for it.

Cozy place, super clean, comfy beds, close to everything. Would absolutely stay again. The shower head is low for us tall folks, but as long as you don't mind bending a bit, it works.

When my family and I got to the place, it was very warm- Lala made sure the place was warm and cozy before we got there. The place was very neat and clean 🧼. I loved how responsive the host was and very friendly. Would definitely come back.

I had an absolutely amazing experience. I am delighted. Erin was so amazing from the very start! super sweet and kind, the space is super clean and cute and retro vibes. I would definitely add this to favorites on travel Blogs! 🫧🧚🏼🌲🔮 I like the size of the space, heating was great for my cold self, heat is super important for me and the space warmed up great and Erin was very accommodating. They also have a washer and dryer which is very kind to have, the WiFi also worked great. 11/11 recommend, thank you Erin. made my whole week! 🧚🏼

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the Plaza Casita! The place is very comfortable and the decor in all the rooms is very pleasing to the eye. It was very clean and tidy! If you visit in the winter, the only source of heat is a gas fireplace in the LR and space heaters in the bedrooms, but once the fireplace gets going, it makes the temp very comfortable. The house is very close to the plaza, about 2 blocks, and even though it is on a main street, it is very quiet at night. I would highly recommend staying at the Plaza Casita, and I would stay there again. Thank you, Amy.

This is my "go-to" place in Fortuna and Humboldt County. Over the years, I've appreciated how much care and work Scott puts into keeping this place pristine. It is accessible to all my meetings in this area and a wonderful place to sit back and relax when the day is finished.

This house was so comfortable! It was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean. The kitchen had all the necessities and was clean. The hosts were great at communicating. It was a very easy, comfy, low stress place to stay. We enjoyed it very much!

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage! It’s close to the beach and not a far drive to the Redwoods Forest. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. We also love Bones the cat! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, serene retreat in the Redwood forest, very close to beautiful beaches and good food. Bed was comfortable, and kitchen had everything I needed and a few different cooking options. Beautiful space to work, with views of trees and gardens. Karin was a wonderful host- responsive, welcoming and friendly. She helped me feel right at home, and was very helpful with recommendations, and local info. It was enjoyable talking with her about shared interests and the history of the area. -One of my favorite places so far. I had a wonderful stay, and would definitely return.

This was our second stay with Sean & Sam. The house is a perfect retreat, close to nature but also a quick trip to the market. The hot tub and sauna are also a nice addition for coming out of the Humboldt chill. We hope to stay again soon!
