Very good, we enjoy a lot, the house is great the pool is great for children and for swimming with the pets, the waterfall is very fun, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need, the sofa is extremely comfortable and the tvs are great, we enjoy even the rainy day.

The dialogue with Natan was very quiet. He was extremely helpful, answering our doubts promptly and very carefully. The house is located in a very quiet place, just as we were looking, with amenities that provided a great rest and facilities that optimized our time in Bombinhas. We are very grateful to Natan and his wife for their attention and welcome.

Great stay, the place is extremely close to the beach, Ferris wheel and the deck that takes the beach from the hole. Very neat and organized apartment, the view of the pool area is spectacular as well as clean, only requires attestation, which in case we take with our private doctor, if it is on-site Sai R$40.00 per person. The stay was quiet, everything perfect, only negative point is in busier times, we wait more than 20 minutes to catch the elevator as the big demand but nothing to get in the way. I would recommend it to everyone.

All correct as posted, 100mts from the beach and front of Havan, a 24hs pharmacy next door and market until 2am open on the same block. Great location, it also includes 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach. The owner is very attentive. The complex has parking, controlled entrance and pools. Recommended.

The stay was great! The apartment is beautiful, all very new and impeccable, in excellent conditions of use. Perfect for those looking for comfort and practicality. The only unfavorable point is the distance from the beach, which requires the use of a car to get around. At the time we went, there was a lot of traffic, which made the journey more time-consuming. On the other hand, the condominium pool is excellent, especially for those with children. It was a great overall experience
