Great stay, complete and very beautiful place

The space is comfortable and very clean. All necessary amenities were available and Marcia was very helpful in the issues we triggered her. The view of the property is wonderful; however, quite bustling during the day due to the vessels on Caixa D'elte beach. Evenings are quiet.

The house is cozy, complete with everyday items, extremely clean, provides easy access to the main beaches of the region, markets, good restaurants and pharmacies The owners are very helpful and provided us with all the necessary information.

We enjoy beautiful family days in the house. Otima location, well equipped and with a good structure. We'll be back for sure!

The photos of the house are very true to reality. Decoration of very good taste. Well-maintained kitchen objects, rooms with good mattresses and pillows, but no bed and bath linen. The house is very close to the beach, and the beach itself is excellent. The ofurô did not warm up during our stay, but we only reported to hosts during checkout, who were extremely helpful to fix the issue. If we had reported it before, we would probably have enjoyed the ofurô more. As our stay was short, we did not use the BBQ area, but apparently it is well structured. It was a very quiet and uneventful stay. Hosts respond very quickly.

We love the house, large living environments, two grills (internal and external), large courtyard, they kept the base of the original house with hardwood floors, wooden frames working perfectly, and made an increase of the house making the place super appropriate to receive larger groups. Kitchen super complete even with dishwasher, which frees us from the stress of this function, which no one wants during a stay. Local super well located, a few steps from the beach. Much better than cold apartments with no "beach soul", and far more into account than new houses, maintaining respect for local history, but adapted to the modern conveniences that we love so much. It is a journey through time, but with a lot of comfort and practicality. Beto was super requested, very fine people! I recommend it!!

Cozy place. Everything very consistent with the photos and utterance. The site has a structure where it is a bit of maintenance, however, in the others very consistent and valid!

Our stay in Penha could not have wished for better. From the time of check-in until the check-out, the service was of the best quality, giving tips on what to do, where to eat and what to visit. The response was always ready and welcoming. The view of AirBnB is even better than the photos and the atmosphere is super cosy. It was a sensational experience!!

Our stay was excellent! We stayed 8 days in the house, in a group of 8 friends, and everything exceeded expectations. The house was impeccably clean, the rooms were very comfortable and the space served our group perfectly. The location is great, with easy access to everything we needed. The hostess welcomed us very well, always attentive and available for any queries. We recommend it for sure, and if we have the opportunity, we will stay again!

Priscila, was attentive at all times and pending upon our arrival. Always very well prepared and helped us with clear directions and recommendations. The place is much better and nicer than the pictures. It is very well equipped, nothing is missing, with excellent decor and modern and high quality equipment. It is located in a very quiet area, and close to everything.

Roger's place is a unique place for those who want privacy and abundant nature. At first glance we wondered if there were shops and restaurants around, but the host explained to us that we were only 7 minutes from the Garcia neighborhood in Blumenau that has it all! It is a place of great peace and quiet!The house is huge, well-equipped and comfortable. The access for those who come by blumenau has only about 5 minutes of dirt road, I had a low car and I had no trouble getting there. It was a very satisfying experience!

Rogério and local people are very hospitable and understanding... We love the accommodation (exactly as in the pictures), the seaside location, the neighborhood and also the signs... I hope to be back soon!!

The house is better than what appears in the ad, located in a quiet condominium, very well cared for, clean and with everything a family with a child needs. The house has everything we need for a perfect vacation. Location very close to the beach. We would definitely come back. Would recommend.

We rented the house to participate in Ironman Brasil. We take advantage of the space and the amenities nearby... If we take the test again, we will definitely look for Ana's place!

Excellent place with amazing views! Everything was spotless and they clean very well. It has a lot of kitchen equipment. Breakfast was excellent, varied, and plentiful.

The cozy hut is full of amazing equipment. Details such as a towel heater in the bathroom, kitchen equipment that includes a pizza oven, the jacuzzi in the varnada, bathtub in the bedroom, large tvs in the living room and bedroom, and more; the hut provides opportunities for couple interaction. The space is very pleasant. We enjoyed a mountain cottage on the beach. The hosts were very attentive and served us very well. Amamos. Super recommend!
