This place was so amazing for me and my friends when we stayed for New Years Eve. Perfect place near Windsor. Beds are comfortable, the host is friendly and responsive, and there is something to do for everyone. :) we want to come back in the summer!

Lisa was such a welcoming and amazing host. My friends and i loved our stay. Its furnished amazingly and has every ammenity you could need! Very relaxing and fun weekend. A beautiful home!

Really great home that accommodated our big family. Glenda was intentional about providing little things that we appreciated a lot! Also was not too far from downtown so Ubers weren’t costly

This place was all that plus more. Pictures don’t do this listing justice. The pool is amazing and large. The kitchen is very large. Very spacious overall. Great wrap around porch to sit and enjoy the breeze. 5 minutes to restaurants, grocery store, the lake and pier. Will definitely stay here again. Belle River is a must to stay in and Dave’s property is the best.

This house was lovingly cared for and the decorations were so interesting. The pictures are accurate! We absolutely fell in love with this neighborhood! If we were moving to the Detroit area this neighborhood would be # 1 choice! I cannot remember when I have seen so many walkers, joggers and friendly neighbors who all had a hello or other kind words for us. Restaurants, grocery stores and a CVS all 1/2 mi from the house. Rent this house, you will not regret it!

My stay included 7 people and we all fit nicely. Very clean and easy going! Will be back during the summer to check out the pool! Feels cozy right at home with plenty of restaurants near by! Extremely quick with responses !

This place was just right! Matt made the stay even more pleasant. The home is we’ll keep, up to date, and super comfortable. Matt was an awesome host. Proactive, helpful, very responsive. He made sure our stay was perfect. I am looking forward to staying here again!

This property is very walkable to restaurants and shopping. It’s also on a very quiet block. We felt comfortable and safe. The beds were great, plenty of towels.

This is a unique place I think (mostly?) for fishermen hence it's called Walleye Weekender. It's not a luxe place, but very functional if you have relatives in the area or a reason to be there, which is the case with us. I love the big washer and dryer, and the compact way the house is laid out. The place could be construed as noisy with a major intersection a rock's throw outside the bedroom, but it doesn't bother us. It's just commerce as usual and not like rowdy neighbors or anything like that. I think this is our third stay and Scott has been completely available and communicative. We will stay again.

Oh my goodness! What a beautiful home in a beautiful place. Spotless, very nicely decorated interior and very nice exterior. VERY comfortable king sized bed in the downstairs bedroom. We slept so well! Proactive and thoughtful host who was very communicative throughout our stay. Incredible views of Lake Erie, sunrise AND sunset views, countless stars at night. Great hot tub on the deck. Very nice sitting room on the back of the home with fabulous views, lots of windows on the back wall of the home through which to gaze at the lake. Downtown Amherstburg is close by and very charming with great restaurants, coffee houses, a lovely bakery with beautiful creations on display, bookstore, etc. We so enjoyed being there in January and can’t wait to come back and experience this wonderful home in warm weather as well. Our thanks to Lumi and Scott for creating this amazing haven!

Very cozy and clean! Felt very homey; we stayed over Christmas and there were even some decorations and a small Christmas tree! Nice neighborhood as well, close to some downriver favorites. We will be back for sure!

Great stay for my work trip. The home was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Roy was great and I’ll be back next time in MI.

Great place to stay. Ayad is friendly and very responsive. The place was clean, well kept, and included grocery items such as cereal, milk, coffee, tea, condiments, fruit and even some sweets. 10/10 recommend

Great property. Plenty of parking for our 3 cars. Quiet neighbourhood but within a short drive (10 minutes or less) to almost everything we needed. Very clean, well maintained, comfy beds, great kitchen and backyard; pool table a nice touch. Easily accommodated 6 adults and one service dog. Easy check in. Well worth the $. We will stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Robin!

The house had everything a guest needs, plenty spaces to sleep, several rooms, lots of extra chairs, pillow, blankets and bathroom amenities in addition to several TV channel subscriptions. Art was always responsive, friendly and accommodating. I will definitely recommend this place and host and I will definitely contact him back when I go back to area.
