Maya was the best host we had during our trip across all the stays. She made our check-in process incredibly smooth. The house was simple, beautiful, and impeccably clean—honestly, it looked even better in person. She went out of her way to guide us on where to go and how to travel around Kochi. The best part? She had stocked plenty of snacks for us, and we enjoyed them without any hesitation!

Good place to stay. As we work remotely, there was no problem with that. Apartment has separate rooms, and enough space for live and work. Not far is fruits market. Area is quite, we felt there comfortable.

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our time. Its a calm and accessible location. You get easily around Kochi. The hosts Jaijo and his wife matter of fact entire family were super nice welcoming and supportive throughout the entire stay. Highly recommend! The place is clean and well maintained.

I stayed with my wife and kid for 2 months. I wanted to stay at a place with all standard amenities like AC, water heater, washing machine, mixer,home utensils, etc. Also wanted a car parking area available, which was there. sayyids place had all the amenities as was described in the air bnb app. Mr sayyid was very responsive, friendly and extremely helpful host. He made sure we had all the things that is required like quickly getting new gas once it was finished, promplty arranging cleaning every week, etc. I would recommend this place to everyone. It is in prime location and all resources are easily available nearby. I would certainly visit the place again next time.

worth for money

I was very happy with my stay. Jackson is a professional host. He responds to inquiries immediately, and when something broke, he had it repaired immediately. The accommodation is well located. Centrally located on the water, right on the promenade, with lots of shops and restaurants as well as the ferry terminal and metro nearby. The rooms are spacious and bright, everything worked perfectly and was clean. A little noise from the main road penetrates the apartment, but it dies down at night. I would come back here anytime. Good value for money.

Booked this for my parents and aunt. They loved the apartment. Excellent views, very responsive and responsible host. Loved the way they operate. Overall my family was very happy staying here enjoying the beautiful ocean view, kochi water metro, marine drive, fort cochin, lot of restaurants near by. We will be coming again to this place for our next holidays. You guys are the 'BEST' !!
