We loved our stay in the tastefully decorated Loft. Heather and Tim were so welcoming and helpful. They provided lots of thoughtful touches including a delightful welcome basket of produce, thank you! This was the perfect retreat for us - very cosy and comfortable on a particularly chilly January week, lots of country walks, but close to great places like Oxford, Blenheim, Woodstock for easy visiting. Fascinated to find Sansom's Cottage is a really on a Roman site, Sansom's Platt - gave us a great sense of generations repurposing the land, and thoughts of footsteps that had gone before!

Very comfortable. Beautiful setting - loved watching the hares. Lots of interesting places nearby and several good local pubs.

Lovely clean and tidy property. Perfect for the 2 of us and the dog. Easy access to surrounding walks and pub. Home made cake and breakfast hamper were welcome additions

I absolutely loved staying here and tried to extend my stay but was just pipped to the post by someone else. A really lovely cottage with everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Really beautiful interior design. Gave me lots of ideas. I managed to really relax and get some writing done. Great bed and WiFi. Very friendly host.
