Monthly Rentals in Elham

We had a wonderful stay at Kelly and Robey’s shepherds hut this January! We were aiming for a relaxing weekend in the country and this place delivered on everything. The location was beautiful, the hut was immaculate and just perfect all round! Kelly and Robey added so many little touches for my partners birthday, as well as being so helpful while we stayed there. They were both on hand when we needed recommendation or a bit of guidance. We were so comfy in the property, and had everything on hand that we needed. A warm and cosy spot in the middle of winter, and we would not hesitate to come back! We could’ve spent 48 hours straight just staying in there! Thank you both again xx

Mary and her husband Mick were very friendly and acommoidating, their hospitality was perfect. Clear communication throughout and kept us informed of local happenings in the town. The propery was exactly as advertised and in pristine condition. They made finding the place easy despite the amount of properties on the road and misuided google maps directions. 10/10 would recommend, if ever in the area would definitely stay again. Thank you Mary and Mick for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

We had a great short stay at Williams place. It was very comfortable, exactly like the pictures. The kitchen area and bathroom are very clean. The window sills and some of the furniture could do with a dusting, and the kitchen has no sink - so using the sink in the bathroom was a bit inconvenient. One can occasionally hear the hosts through the connecting door, as the accommodation is attached to the main house. Despite this, though, it is a very comfortable, cozy and peaceful accommodation, with a great view from the bedroom. All together it is very peaceful and quiet and private feel. We had a problem with the shower so unfortunately could not use it in the morning as we wanted to, but we only notified William later in the day and he solved the problem as quickly as he could. I have no doubt that he would have solved it in the morning had we notified him, but we wanted to get on with our day. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we definitely recommend this place!

The Potting Shed was delicately decorated, and is a real solid construction with proper insulation and heating. No worries about temperature at all. As someone with a wealth of residential construction experience, I was impressed by the level of finishing. It's as if a portion of the main house was sampled exactly and recreated in the back, flush with a beautiful blend of colours and materials. Kate was extra lovely with her placement of little goods all over the place. The placement of light baked pastries on entry was great. The place was pristine, every spot of furniture was spotless, felt like it was built for us. Lighter fluid was filled up, ready to use. One small gripe that may upset some easily spooked ladies - it is absolutely pitch black outside at night, and there's a large window overlooking the dining table that can't be covered. The solar lights also turn off once it reaches dusk, meaning it is genuinely a requirement to have a torch out. This is alien to city folk :D
