The Urban Barn! private parking

Our place is a 10 minute drive to I-35/Ames. Restaurants & a park are within walking distance. This studio is a flat above a detached garage and has a lovely, rustic charm and is separate from the main house. The living room has a pull-out couch, increasing guest size from 4 up to 6. The space includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, smart TV, Wi-Fi, dining area and an outdoor grill. This is not handicap accessible as it requires going up one flight of stairs. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood!

An AAAAAAAdorable Cottage; Perfect for a couple or an individual! Everything you would need for your short or extended stay. GREAT for business travelers - Close to John Deere PEC / John Deere Waterloo Works; GREAT for Parents of students - 7 Minutes from UNI; GREAT for Holiday visits when you come home to visit family! GREAT for Recreation! CF has lots of Bike trails, great spaces for boating. If you have a way to transport kayaks, use ours. Fire pit, grill, decks for hanging out.

(small sink, small fridge/freezer, pizzaz, microwave, and electric griddle are in the bar area) Public Parking located off of 1st St NE to the North of Bremer Ave.

Acquaint bed and bath

My place is about two blocks from High trestle bike trail access. Centrally located between Ames and Des Moines . Our place has one or two private rooms on the upper level,good for couples.Entire upper level is yours to use along with small kitchen ,full bath - (a small nook for kids or 1 adult)We also have garage space for bikes! Just let me know in advance so I can give you a key! We share parking in the drive and also have on the street parking.

Welcome to this cozy 70s home! You will have access to the entire house with central access to everything. The house is located within 5 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from the UNI-dome, and a block from the grocery store. The home comes with four bedrooms (2 with queen beds and the 2 with twin beds), a full kitchen, a living room with Roku TV, 2 full baths, laundry, a basement with Roku TV and a ping pong table, and a back patio with seating.
