Located in the heart of the peninsula of Punta del Este. High floor that allows a formidable view of beaches, port and city center. Super equipped (even with a clothes washer and dryer), comfortable and comfortable bedroom with plenty of space for the clothes guard. Fully equipped kitchen, cupboards and new shelves. Living room also spacious, equipped and modern. I have stayed many times in that building, without a doubt the best depto. The hosts 10 points. If you are looking for accommodation in the Peninsula of Pta del Este, do not hesitate to book it.

The host was incredible, immediately attended to any issues we had. The location is AMAZING, the most beautiful sunsets and zero light pollution to see every star in the sky. The place is rustic, there were a few things that needed fixing but the host attended to them right away. It’s truly rural living, and extremely peaceful, right in the middle of a protected nature area so there’s constant birds and wildlife nearby. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful place, very quiet, ideal for resting, super comfortable bed, the jacuzzi and the pool, were the perfect combination to relax. Added to Jorge's attention, who gave us great recommendations on places to visit in the area

A very nice, modern and comfortable accommodation. It had all the amenities and appliances up to the washing machine. The chair and tv of excellent, perfect for spending time with Boys. The very quiet place during the day and night, there is a cross square if the street for the entertainment of the boys. The very attentive host always responded quickly to needs . Highly recommended. Would come back again

José Luis's house is an ideal home for rest and contemplation those pristine sunsets above that bay of Punta de la Ballena with that mirror of water that gives peace to all your thoughts. The house is impeccable with everything just and necessary, an ideal balance of the environments and the slope of the hill, a formidable pool heated to the ideal temperature with its unique view, a perfect grill area, which for those of us enjoying the elaboration of good roasted meats is increased by the possibility of enjoying the view of the bay. The street where the house is located has no exit and therefore silence gains its space and also contributes to a better stay. I just have to congratulate the host and also a maintenance person who allowed us to enjoy the pool even more by covering the cleaning tasks of the same in such a subtle way that we did not get to know it and thus achieving the privacy that every home deserves.

Martin's house is beautiful, even nicer than the pictures. It is very close to the facilities of Solanas, which we were able to make the most of. We had an inconvenience with the check-in, which we had to wait for an hour to enter. One aspect to improve, is that the house does not have soap for dishes, salt, sugar and basic things that are good to have. Overall spotless.
