First off, Belinda is a fantastic host—extremely responsive and clear in her instructions. In addition to Belinda’s great hosting, there’s a housekeeper and a gardener who are both incredibly kind and maintain the house in top form. The house itself is very spacious and even more impressive than the photos suggest. It features three large indoor kitchen areas and an outdoor Braai. If you love cooking, this place is a dream come true! The pool is wonderful, though it does occasionally collect pollen and leaves from the neighbors’ trees. The house can comfortably accommodate six adults, but we stayed with just two adults and a baby for most of our stay. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood, just a five-minute drive from Stellenbosch. There’s plenty to do nearby, offering the perfect balance of being close to Stellenbosch’s lively city center while still enjoying the peace and quiet. Definitely a place we would love to come back to!

Fantastic place to stay! The house is so stylish, beautiful and comfortable. The colors, the details of the interior, absolutely stunning. The garden is secluded and has both sun and shade. Our 3 year old son was so happy with the games collection, including paw patrol memory. Location is excellent, easy parking, quiet neighborhood, we felt safe. You can easily walk to a lovely bakery/coffee place (Motherdough) and it is also possible to walk to the town center. Host guidebook in the house contains wonderful advice on places to visit and where to eat. We enjoyed our visit to Boschendal and Babylonstoren. Eveline is a great host, easy communication, friendly. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Superb place with a genuine ‘home’ feel to it. Lots of communal space inside and out and a gorgeous garden to enjoy. Tracy is a super host - responsive and shared loads of advice what to do locally. Hout Bay is a 10 min drive.

We had a great time at Mia’s beautiful house. She was really kind showing us around and was always available when needed. It was awesome for our little daughter to play with all the toys of Mia’s kids. Maybe good to know: The house is not in a gated community, but we felt secure due to the nice neighborhood. We can highly recommend staying at Mia’s beautiful place.

The house is located in a private area, with a huge garden. it's extremely peaceful and very beautiful. the house is modern, very well looked after. the hosts are very friendly and accommodating. the cot and high chair provided were in great condition. overall a fantastic stay in the heart of Constantia. we highly recommend this place!

We had an excellent stay at this house. It had everything you can possibly need, was very spacious and comfortable. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with great mountain views from the balcony. It is conveniently located, close to Stellenbosch town center, many wine farms, and easy acess to coast, airport and cape town. Ann was a great host, communication was easy and we appreciated the flexibility in extending our stay when our plans changed.

Wonderful stay in Claremont! Justin was a great host and very easy to communicate with. The house met perfectly our needs as a family with a toddler (big + for the dishwasher). We went in the summer but didn’t suffer from the heat despite no AC. The place is nicely isolated so you can keep the cold inside. Internet was very fast and in general we had a great time!

Marelize met us at the property. Beautiful and peaceful setting, lovely large apartment, good covered outside space with table chairs and braii. Shaded and secure parking. Fully equipped kitchen, huge bathroom with good shower, bath and washing machine. Nice bedroom with plenty of hanging space and drawers. Comfortable lounge with sofas, table and chairs and big tv. Airer, iron, ironing board all supplied. Plenty of wine - red and white at a good price with an honesty box. We used the braii our first night and it was spotless the next day. Marelize also offered to drive us to the wine tram station for a small fee. Franschhoek is a beautiful area, great shopping and restaurants and you are within walking distance from the property to three vineyards and a brewery, all offering great wine, beer and food - forget the tram and just walk from here. Excellent stay and we will return.

This was deep exhale from the rush of everyday life. We spent slow mornings listening to the ocean and quiet evenings watching the sun set over False Bay. Susan’s place is even better than imagined. It has a unique view of Clifton’s bay, very safe and private with 24/7 security. The decor is very charming and you feel right at home. Everything was clean, smelled great, bed and linen were comfortable. The kitchen has a lot of amenities and perfect to cook. Susan’s daughter Inge is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place and will likely be coming again. Thank you for hosting us.

This house is stunning , something similar to a house from grand designs . Stunning views from everywhere, spacious rooms and lounges , warm pool and the best tings was the housekeeper Aneese and Boyd the house manager , absolute stars , so friendly and responsible . Our group of 8 had an incredible experience at this home located incredibly close to Johannesdal 1207 wedding venue (our reason for visiting Stellenbosch). Lieb and the staff were incredibly friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable and memorable one. The house is beautiful and the surroundings are stunning, and this property has some fantastic views on the walking trails. I highly recommend staying here for any trip to the Stellenbosch region!

It is so beautiful at Pringle Bay. The area is quiet and the views are amazing. We were fortunate to see dolphins and even a seal. The accommodation is great and the check in was easy and smooth. The house is large and roomy, with comfortable furniture and everything that you need. The indoor swimming pool was great and made it extra special for our family. We enjoyed our time and stay!
