This house was exactly as advertised. Spacious and beautiful. Perfect for two families. Check in was easy and Jacki was very responsive.

Really enjoyed our stay for a family celebration, great open plan kitchen, living, dining and garden lovely for spending time altogether. Flexible bedrooms - able to make one a twin. Clean, well equipped and luxurious feel. Two full bathrooms. Street is quiet, feels safe and parking easy, no shops, cafes, bars etc. within close walking distance. Bus or Uber both easy to get into city centre and was nice to escape the hustle and bustle after a day sightseeing and at the festival. Suspect price was higher due to time of year and compared to other properties we viewed were very happy we chose this one. Rachel was very prompt with communication, instructions, restaurant recommendations and help when required.

Great area for a short stay!

Ferhan and his wife are great hosts. We enjoyed a beautiful family Christmas. They decorated the house and set up the Christmas tree for us. The property is very well taken care of. Very welcoming upon arrival, showed us where everything is. Good appliances. Comfy atmosphere. Very willing couple, will help you out with what they can! Eg; directions, places to eat/drink. Hot tub nice and clean. Can’t fault the place or the hosts. Genuinely a good night stay. Recommend 100%

To only give this Airbnb a 5 star rating feels very unfair, if I could have given it higher I would have. The property was beautifully presented, had amazing large communal spaces, with a very high standard of furniture, furnishings, and cleanliness. Our room was spacious and luxurious. The beds were great quality, and it was full of nice extra touches. The hosts were extremely generous, gracious, and friendly. A fantastic experience for us that will be hard for anyone else to top. We will definitely try to book this accommodation in the future when we are in the area. I have been fortunate enough to have many great experiences using Airbnb, but this was easily the Best.

We loved our stay at Donna’s. Public transport was easy but we chose to walk most days anyway as it was a gorgeous and peaceful stroll to all the main sites. Our room was quiet and comfortable and Donna was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would happily stay again!

Absolutely incredible experience. Linda was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was cozy included with all the facilities and it was evident that Linda went above and beyond to accommodate her guests. The location was ideal as it wasn't far from both the city and the beach. Linda gave us some helpful tips on where to go in Edinburgh and even showed us around!. It was a home away from home experience and would definitely recommend this place to those who would like to enjoy their stay in Edinburgh, especially if it's your first time!. We miss you, love you loads Rayan and Laki
