David and Laura's place was perfect for my husband and me. The house was just right for two adults, very clean, comfortable, and great ambiance. We loved the double sided fireplace and spent many peaceful mornings and evenings in front with our coffee or wine. David and Laura came by and shoveled the snow as we were arriving, and to make sure everything was okay with our stay. This rental is located in an accessible area for getting to the city or other major spots in the metro area. Highly recommend.

Fanziska is a very friendly and helpful host. She's just upstairs, yet the basement is totally self-contained and private with it's own entry and key. It is easy walking distance to Lake Harriet or Lake Bda Maka Ska, and there's even nice a city park just at the end of the street. There are designated bicycle lanes on nearby streets, and there is a very good connected trail system around the city parks and lakes. There are at least 20 mostly very good restaurants within one-half mile. The neighborhood is so nice I bought a condo 4 blocks away. Oh, I almost forgot to say, the full-size bed is very comfortable!

I stayed here for one month while I moved from Texas to MN and needed a place to land while I searched for a new home. This studio was spacious and bright, looking exactly like the photos. It was hard to find at first due to local construction altering the traffic patterns, but afterwards was easy to navigate the area. It’s close to grocery stores, a gas station, coffee shops, parks, dog parks, and lakes. I stayed in a third-floor walk up (no elevator) and I appreciated having the exercise. I stayed with my dog and there’s plenty of green space for walks and potty runs. I felt that my car was safe in its designated parking spot, too. Overall, this place was exactly what I needed and would both recommend and stay again. The only downside is that the microwave and oven clocks are super bright at night but I simply covered them with sticky notes :). Note that the blinds aren’t total blackout, but they were dark enough for me. Hosts were super responsive, too. Great experience.

We just moved back to Minneapolis and this Linden Hills condo was the perfect place to stay while we got settled. Pros: great location 1 block to Lake Harriet and the business district. Also on the 6 bus route which made commuting to the office in downtown Minneapolis easy. Free on-site, reserved parking. Janene was responsive and helpful. Cons: basically no cons. The unit had a two- in- one washing machine which was slow. Really not an issue since you can always hang dry clothes or take them to the in- building laundry room. Other notes: the building has an elevator and a rooftop deck.
