Great spot for a weekend visit with family who live close by! We will definitely return :)

This is the third time my family has stayed with Theresa. This time we stayed in the 1 bedroom/1 bath side - last was the 2 bedroom/1 bath side. The sofa in this unit is SUPER COMFY and should also be in the 2 bedroom side. We were there in the cold of winter and the blanket on the sofa and bed were SUPER WARM!!! I want to know where you got those. The bathroom was a treat with the tub - soaking in the tub after working hard each day was a welcome relief. The kitchen was very well stocked as well. Plenty of linens (extras in bedroom), Roku tv, extra toilet paper, soap, paper towels and garbage bags were also provided. The value of this property is one of the main features for our family, but we never expected such a wonderful place to stay at that price near East Aurora. Thank you again Theresa for a wonderful stay.

Awesome house! The house was so comfortable and cozy. Very quiet neighborhood, and great location. The host was SUPER quick to respond to questions, and went out of their way to help! We will DEFINITELY be back, had a wonderful time, thank you!!!!

At the end of December, we traveled to the Buffalo area to visit family and attend the Bills game. The owners of this property were incredibly responsive and helpful in advance of our trip. No question went unanswered and we knew before we checked in that they were truly “super hosts”. Upon arrival, it was very clear that the owners thought of everything so guests could feel at home. The home is dog-friendly and there were spare leashes, bowls, towels and treats for our pet. The living room and bedroom furniture were incredibly comfortable so you truly could relax. The kitchen was well equipped and all of the appliances were high-end. The location was perfect for our visit. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood, walking distance to many restaurants and bars in the Villag of Hamburg and about a 10 minute drive to the Bills’ stadium. There is even an enclosed front port with furniture to enjoy.
