Roland is a fantastic host - from booking, airport arrival, to checkout. Responsive and very helpful with advice and assistance planning day trips to see Cebu, Mactan and surrounding island of Boho. Unit is clean, modern and in a more private, quiet area of Mactan. Close to airport, beaches and easy access to port for day trips. Would definitely return for a stay! 1 bedroom was very comfortable, sofa and extra foldout bed could easily accommodate a family.

Above all, the host's quick response was the best. And during my month-long stay, I couldn't find any bugs such as ants or cockroaches, so it was comfortable. The bedding was also clean, and overall, it was tidy and cleaned well. The pool water quality was also clean, and the facilities were good. There was a tennis court and a coach, so it was nice to be able to take lessons ^ ^ The gym was also free, so I was able to do it every morning. I totally recommend it 👍

Modern Studio Unit w/ Seaview + Beach Access

Even though we had a problem with the a/c in one unit, everything possible was done to repair it but in the end She kindly and proactively relocated us to another unit right across the street from where we were. At all times Rea was friendly, courteous, responded on time and went extra mile. I recommend this host and the places they have.

A modern bedroom is presented with a spacious bed adorned with decorative pillows. A minimalist artwork hangs above the bed, while a wall-mounted TV is positioned in the corner. The room includes a wardrobe and is complemented by soft lighting and neutral tones.

Ivy Eve was very responsive even when there were unexpected glitches. Although she does not live locally, many family members took care of any issue. The space is quiet, peaceful and the high ceiling adds a positive vibe. Great location right in the heart of Mactan Newtown. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable condo to relax. Great location in Mactan Newtown. Peaceful area with good security. Also a big thank you, I left some clothing items behind when I was going to my next accommodation and the staff thoughtfully delivered it to the concierge desk for my pick up. Very much appreciated!!

The Host is very responsive during the reservation, but we wanted to address some concerns though we have not reported this issue during the stay but we wanted to leave a relevant review to what we experienced. First, the sink is clogged. Second, the place provided is not accurately the same to what is posted on Airbnb But all in all we appreciate how kind and responsive the Host is to accommodate our requests.

Ria Jane and her team provided great service and they were very polite. Any issues were resolved quickly and I really felt at home at the One Pacific Residences. Mactan Newtown is very clean and quiet for Lapu-Lapu. Everything felt at arms reach. Nice beach access within 2000'. Nice Gym. Very comfortable bed (slept like a baby) high quality furnishings and appliances. All kitchen amenities were provided. Nice covered parking for a scooter for very small fee. I actually miss it now that I am staying somewhere else. Thank you.

Roland was a great host. He met me at the residence, walked me thru both condos and explained everything. Roland had information for all the best restaurants, water sports and tours available as well. A host doesn't have to provide that information but Roland went above and beyond. We will be contacting Roland again for our next trip to the Cebu. Thank you Roland for a wonderful stay

Exceeded our expectations! The beat host you can ever have. There were no issues throughout our stay. He was so gracious and considerate and welcoming to our very large group and aside from that he was able to accommodate us with our last minute guest and reservations.
