I decided to stay for a whole month and haven't regretted it for a second, the unit is well looked after and has a usable balcony with a great view. If you like to get up early in the morning you will be rewarded with a beautiful sunrise ☀️ The host Michael was very helpful during my stay and even provided a microwave before I checked-in. Thanks for making an effort and for a great experience!

Hi. The surrounding areas aren’t nice, but the location was on point. I needed somewhere close near the Plantation Bay Resort and this was perfect. Also, I felt very safe around the area. Even at night time.

This is my first solo trip alone and I can say I had everything I needed during my stay here! I also appreciate and commend the hosts for being so helpful and responsive. I’d say for solo-women travelers, the area and the hotel is safe, with almost anything you’d need when you go out from your room/building (convenience stores, Watsons, restaurants, etc). Sobrang dali din ng Grab as well as the moment you check-in and out. The room had such a minimal and clean design (love it), and it has such a nice view outside, especially during sunrise and the evening. Would definitely rebook if I come back to Mactan! xoxo

I suddenly got a room, and I was grateful for the quick and friendly response. There are two double beds in a neat room, so I stayed very comfortably like my home for 2 nights and 3 days. There are also a lot of direct elevators on the 4th floor, so it's very nice to go up and down, and the swimming pool is just a 10-second walk to the veranda on the fourth floor. There was a lot of time outside, so I didn't pay much attention to the view. If you care about the view, go to the high floor. However, the garden view here is also neat and nice. It has a lot more advantages and the host is the best. I will definitely come back here again. If you visit here, you will be satisfied.

Mylene is a great host and keeps in touch as ofteh as possible. Place is tidy and sparkling. Nothing is too much trouble. Building staff are helpful and easy to approach. Definitely a place to relax. It is near Shopwise, the beach and other places to dine.

We had a wonderful stay at Julio's. The Host: Julio was very responsive, courteous and very helpful. He was able to address all our concerns regarding our very late arrival which put our mind at ease. The Condo: we loved the layout of the condo especially the separate bedroom. The condo had everything that we needed for our stay. The condo was clean and tidy. The location: We felt safe in Mactan Newtown area and surroundings. The condo is conveniently located. It is a half hour drive from airport. It is Within walking distance from the beautiful Mactan Newtown beach, Robinson supermarket, Watson pharmacy, 7ELVEn, coffee shops, restaurants, and Newtown Public Transit Terminal. Depending on traffic, we were less than an hour away from major malls, markets and major attractions in Cebu. I will most definitely book at Julio's next time I am in Lapu-Lapu. All in all. It was ok . I had a good time. And connected very well . It has restaurants and a small shopping center nearby, there are too many children who as work make alms ... but in the evening they return home... very insistent and poorly polite... but there and the family who takes advantage of these things. I'm sorry for them ! The contact person was really helpful and very kind. A strong point of this accommodation ! The apartment in everything was good. The only flaw that in the elevator and at the entrance you could do the sauna ! For the rest I can give you a great vote !

I really enjoyed my stay in mactan newtown. The space was great. The ac was quick and powerful and the washing machine worked great. The infinity pool was perfect for relaxing and watching the clouds come in off the bay. Prime was easy to talk to, helpful, and responded respectfully and promptly. I appreciate him making my first trip to Cebu easy and enjoyable. Salamat Prime.

Great rental unit in OPR. Everything you need, pool view, high ceilings, comfortable bed, great water pressure. Glo is very responsive

This is the area with the cleanliness of Mactan. It's a great place to stay

Very nice and clean room with king bed, kitchen, dining table and sofa. Bathroom is great with high water pressure, hot water and bidet (bum gun) Good location in One Manchester place where you can walk to Starbucks, 7-11 or restaurant. It’s the safe place to stay in the area. Reception is helpful. Easy to call Grab to go anywhere you want. Just 2 things i need in room is clothes hanger on the balcony to dry our wet clothes. And the towels hanger in the bathroom.

I will go back soon to this place. The host was very responsive and kind. The place is very clean. Worth the price ❤️ Thank you so much Miss Jessa. ❤️
