Condo vacation rentals in Eastern Visayas

Had an awesome stay! Paid extra to use the club amenities but worth it. We enjoyed our stay - perfect way to chill before our 16 KM race. 🫶

A newish pleasant Apartment in a large apartment block, surprisingly no hot water but comfortable and quiet, good Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. There was plenty of paperwork checking in and checking out.

We were allowed to spend two carefree days in a magnificent complex. The room is cozy and spacious, very clean and quietly located. You have a good view of the sea and the city. Of course, you also see people living in their corrugated iron huts next door. You can quickly walk out of the complex and mingle with the locals. But you can also use room service and order delicious things to your room ;-). Both the staff and the landlady were always friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for the carefree days

Angelica’s was a great host. Very accommodating and great communication. We stayed for 10 days and it was great. The area has a lot of restaurants and convenience store to get supplies as needed. We will be staying there again in the future.

Everything excellent! Close to airport and in a safe area. I stayed in another apartment in the same building and this one was by far more beautiful and comfortable.

The place is exactly what you see in the picture: the property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Air Condition units are working well, kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, our stay was just superb!

I had a really happy time for a month. There were no cockroaches or bugs because Mickey did a perfect job of disinfecting. I was happy with the beautiful view on the 14th floor of the Newtown accommodation. Clean bedding and vacuum cleaner make cleaning easy every day There is a problem with the bed mattress, but Mickey knows the problem and will replace it with a new mattress. Hot water suddenly didn't come out before check-in If you just check the hot water and mattress It's a place where you can have a really happy time I recommend it to my Korean friends. ☆☆☆☆☆I want to give I'd love to visit again if you keep managing it.

Mylene is a great host and keeps in touch as ofteh as possible. Place is tidy and sparkling. Nothing is too much trouble. Building staff are helpful and easy to approach. Definitely a place to relax. It is near Shopwise, the beach and other places to dine.

All in all. It was ok . I had a good time. And connected very well . It has restaurants and a small shopping center nearby, there are too many children who as work make alms ... but in the evening they return home... very insistent and poorly polite... but there and the family who takes advantage of these things. I'm sorry for them ! The contact person was really helpful and very kind. A strong point of this accommodation ! The apartment in everything was good. The only flaw that in the elevator and at the entrance you could do the sauna ! For the rest I can give you a great vote !

Our flight was delayed, then had an issue with rental car, and then on top of that there was a Fiesta in the city that caused a heavy traffic getting to Roland's Apartment. Put simply we got there late at night. Roland was there patiently waiting for us. He ramined to be friendly and understanding with our situation. We appreciated that.

Clean and comfortable apartment as can be seen from the pictures. Guests need to be aware that they'll hear dogs barking and roosters crowing from first light around 4.00am

Great rental unit in OPR. Everything you need, pool view, high ceilings, comfortable bed, great water pressure. Glo is very responsive

They responded to various things immediately, and we had a safe stay.

We had a pleasant stay here. We traveled with a toddler and several senior citizens, so we appreciated that the place was well-cleaned, sufficiently furnished, and had a cozy environment. The building staff was also courteous all throughout. Curt, our host, was very responsive, helpful, and considerate.
