this place is highly recommended. the only cons was they dont offer toiletress like shampoo, soaps but that issue is very tolerable. very near to restaurants. pool was amazing too

I decided to stay for a whole month and haven't regretted it for a second, the unit is well looked after and has a usable balcony with a great view. If you like to get up early in the morning you will be rewarded with a beautiful sunrise ☀️ The host Michael was very helpful during my stay and even provided a microwave before I checked-in. Thanks for making an effort and for a great experience!

Jessica was one of the best hosts I’ve ever communicated with. She is very responsive and always ready to help, even on short notice. The place is well equipped and had everything we needed.

The place was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was also convenient as it is close to shops, restaurants and the grocery store. Another plus was the option to go to the beach near the area or take a dip in the pool inside the building. We had a lot of fun. 👍 Our host was also very responsive which is most appreciated. 👍

I suddenly got a room, and I was grateful for the quick and friendly response. There are two double beds in a neat room, so I stayed very comfortably like my home for 2 nights and 3 days. There are also a lot of direct elevators on the 4th floor, so it's very nice to go up and down, and the swimming pool is just a 10-second walk to the veranda on the fourth floor. There was a lot of time outside, so I didn't pay much attention to the view. If you care about the view, go to the high floor. However, the garden view here is also neat and nice. It has a lot more advantages and the host is the best. I will definitely come back here again. If you visit here, you will be satisfied.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay in cebu because whenever we felt really tired from the activities and tours, we go back to a relaxing, peaceful and homey unit. The place is clean. Clear instructions too are given once in a while. Check in and check out is so easy. Place is easy access for grab and taxis. We love the pool too! Cons: though it is stated beforehand, i am just wondering why there's just 1pc of soap, shampoo and conditioner (im not really sure since i bought mine in 7-11), we booked for 4pax btw. Fyi: additional towels with extra charge -we got 2 (they said it naman beforehand) even if we booked for 4pax.

Having been on the road for several days and looking for a place to refresh, I especially enjoyed the fully furnished kitchen and washing machine. Also enjoyed the nice sunset view from the balcony.

Mylene is a great host and keeps in touch as ofteh as possible. Place is tidy and sparkling. Nothing is too much trouble. Building staff are helpful and easy to approach. Definitely a place to relax. It is near Shopwise, the beach and other places to dine.

I had a wonderful stay at Claver's Place. What a beautiful place to unwind. ✨ The Host is very responsive. I always get the support I need from the Host. I feel like Home. No noises, and very peaceful! My Lil' Family enjoyed our stay. We will be back soon! Thank you for having us! ❤️

Pleasantly surprised to find this beautiful two bedroom condo. It’s clean, spacious, airy and tastefully curated. The two large bedrooms has ample storage with an en suite bathroom with large tub. The owner thought of everything we might need - coffee, tea, water to toiletries in the bathroom. It has a washing machine, and a working TV. The building has a huge pool with a perfect view . The location is near restaurants and groceries. We would love to stay here, again. Thanks for hosting us!

All in all. It was ok . I had a good time. And connected very well . It has restaurants and a small shopping center nearby, there are too many children who as work make alms ... but in the evening they return home... very insistent and poorly polite... but there and the family who takes advantage of these things. I'm sorry for them ! The contact person was really helpful and very kind. A strong point of this accommodation ! The apartment in everything was good. The only flaw that in the elevator and at the entrance you could do the sauna ! For the rest I can give you a great vote !

good location responsive host

Stay for 2 months, great location. Easy access and right next to the pool. This is my 3rd time staying here. The only problem is mactan newtown, it’s under 24/7 construction making the air dusty and noisy. Mactan newtown beach changed the rules mid stay which is so uncool and ruined plans. However the condo is awesome and glo is amazing! Glo as usual is the best host, accommodating and always provides the information that you need. She is helpful and kind and always helps. The place needs some new amenities like shower curtain and sheets.

Very nice and clean room with king bed, kitchen, dining table and sofa. Bathroom is great with high water pressure, hot water and bidet (bum gun) Good location in One Manchester place where you can walk to Starbucks, 7-11 or restaurant. It’s the safe place to stay in the area. Reception is helpful. Easy to call Grab to go anywhere you want. Just 2 things i need in room is clothes hanger on the balcony to dry our wet clothes. And the towels hanger in the bathroom.
