wow what a place! i felt so at peace and welcomed here with the amazingly friendly hosts and little farm animals surrounding me. the cottage exceeded my expectations with heated floorings, privacy screened windows and i cant forget those amazing brownies alongside a slice of victoria sponge after my farm walk! theres lots of walks to be done and lovely sights to see, i wish i could of stayed longer. thank you again Alexa and Andrew, I will be back (:

A lovely house in the centre of Duns. Had everything we needed for a young family, including a stair gate, highchair and travel cot. Everything you need on your doorstep and an amazing play park nearby for little people! Jane and Keith were really helpful before and during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful little cottage with breathtaking views. Had everything we needed. location was great - a short drive to Duns and to other little towns. We booked the train from Berwick to Edinburgh for the day. Only an hour away on the train. The only thing we could fault with the stay was that the sofa and chair in the sitting room could do with replacing as they weren't comfy and we're badly torn and covered with a blanket. We've still rated 5 stays as we enjoyed it so much and would stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
