Monthly Rentals in Dunedin Beach

My family had an amazing stay at Nautical-Landings Deck House. The location was top notch with easy access to the Dunedin Causeway and Honeymoon Island. The unit was spacious and had a nice outdoor patio area. Amenities included the use of the nearby dock and kayaks. Everything was as listed and I would definitely stay there again in the future! Five-stars for Sarah’s place!

Our 3rd time at Carole's and always great. Her place is cozy,clean and can't beat the location. Easy one mile walk into Main Street Dunedin with lots of shops and restaurants, a 3 block walk to walk a beautiful trail along the water, close to two great beaches. Carole provides so much extra basics for cooking,coffee,tea. Always love chatting with her,she will give you great tips for the area. Can't wait till next time.

The property was just as listed. Anna was very responsive helpful and friendly. The area is quiet with a beautiful scenery close to the water. The price is great for the stay. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Karinas place was great. Perfect for 2 people. Easy quick walk to downtown and waterfront. Quiet and safe! Great recommendations. Cant wait to return to Dunedin and Karinas place!
