Monthly Rentals in Dripsey

We stayed here for a month and loved the single level living and quiet neighborhood. From Cork City you can either walk up the hill, take a taxi, or take a bus. We preferred the 209 bus from the city center that drops you off more or less parallel to the AirBNB, it was easier with groceries. The neighborhood felt safe and the only noise we heard were the Shandon Bells, which were charming. The outside door opens to a small courtyard with a bistro table and the front door opens to a open concept living/dining/kitchen. To your right are the bedroom with a wardrobe and window, and through another door the bathroom. We loved having a washer and a large drying rack, the shower has excellent hot water and very good pressure, and opening our windows to catch the breeze. It's a very functional space for 2 people. Trash and recycling are just outside the door and regularly picked up. Colin was super friendly and kind, always responding quickly. A+ stay!

We really enjoyed the character of the cabin and the wild, beautiful mountain surroundings. Renate was there to meet us and was very helpful with local recommendations. We were also visited by her very friendly cat Lucy, who was a lovely bonus! Would 100% recommend to all and we hope to visit again. Also a very warm and cosy cabin. Excellent

Lovely place, lovely position. Very close to Cork and interesting heritage sites nearby, but still in the countryside, very peaceful. The apartment is small but has everything and even with the pull out sofa set up, we still had plently of room to move around. Margot left some biological yogurt, fresh berries, fresh milk, barn eggs and lots of delicious countryside treats. Great at planning and communicating with us. A big plus, they have such a friendly kitten I would have stayed some days more just to play with him

Gina was a very kind and responsive host. The location is amazing, only few minutes drive from Cork, super close to the Blarney castle. The place is super cozy and comfortable! They have amazing dogs that really made our days happier! Truly recommend!
