I can not praise this place and Thuy enough! She answered every question in a timely manner. The house was spectacular & fit the whole family perfectly! Will absolutely rent again next time we are in town!

Billy and Trish were great hosts! The area is perfect if you’re needing to stay close to campus and downtown Austin isn’t far either. There’s a few cute restaurants and breakfast places within walking distance as well if you’re in the need to do some exploring. 10/10 would stay with them again. Thanks guys!

We really enjoyed staying here and would 100% stay again. Nice quiet street, close to what we needed to be close to. Very comfortable beds and pillows, which is always appreciated. Good water pressure and hot showers!

We stayed at Mikes place for our son’s wedding. It was just beautiful! Very spacious! Home was spotless! Mike had a fully stocked kitchen. The backyard was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again on our many trips back. Many thanks for your kindness.

We recently stayed at this amazing Airbnb with our group of 18 (4 families, including 8 adults and 10 kids), and it exceeded all expectations! The house was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, including new coffee machines that were a big hit. The living areas were cozy and perfect for spending time together, with smart TVs and board games that kept everyone entertained. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and thoughtfully stocked with toiletries and fresh linens. The big driveway was a huge plus, as it easily accommodated our 4 large SUV trucks. The attention to detail in this home made our stay so enjoyable, and it’s clear the hosts put in a lot of effort to make their guests feel welcome. We’re already planning our next visit and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this place for large groups or families looking for a perfect getaway!

Perfect home for a weekend in Austin we were very pleased overall. The home is cute and had plenty of amenities for a comfortable stay. The only thing less than ideal was one of the bedrooms is in the attic and is up a very steep ladder that was not shown in pictures beforehand. Several members of my group had injuries that prevented them from climbing the ladder, but luckily two of us could get up. An important consideration for groups with guests with mobility issues.

My husband and I absolutely loved this place! The moment we stepped in it smelled so clean and the place looked spotless. It felt so much bigger in person than it looked like in the pictures. It was also so cozy and inviting. The bed was the most comfortable bed I had ever slept on and I promise I’m not exaggerating. Josh and Amiee had so many accommodations especially with their binder of recommended places to go to, their collection of dvds, bathroom essentials, bath robes and towels. It genuinely felt like it was our home for the weekend. Josh and Amiee checked up on us throughout the weekend and even left a welcome note for us and left the light on for us when we told them we would be coming a little later than expected. So sweet. I would 100 percent recommend this place to my friends and family and would definitely stay here again.

The flat is great, very convenient and well-situated as well as private and peaceful. All the amenities listed are there. There is a lot of attention to detail on the part of the hosts, which I am very grateful for. I have felt very comfortable and at ease in the flat. Excellent experience overall!

Great for what I needed! A stay near downtown while at a conference.

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

Wow, just wow! This Airbnb exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space is beautifully decorated, merging comfort with style—think cozy couches, vibrant artworks, and lots of natural light. Each room was spotless, and the attention to detail was obvious—from the quirky knick-knacks to the plush towels in the bathroom. The host was incredibly hospitable, providing local tips that enhanced our stay. The location was also perfect—nestled in the heart of the domain and just a stone’s throw away from lively attractions and delightful eateries. We particularly enjoyed the scenic balcony for our morning coffee, soaking in the surroundings. Every moment here was a pleasure! I can’t recommend it enough! Already planning our next visit—this place has truly set the bar high for future Airbnb stays!

Very easy check in and cozy home. We were in town for a wedding and us 3 girls had ample space to get ready! Walking distance to a lotttt of great food and drink. Close enough to everything but also in a quiet neighborhood for good sleep. Would recommend to anyone staying in Austin for a weekend

Excellent location and amazing views from the condo, especially at night. We really enjoyed our stay. So many places close by are easy to walk to. Valet parking is fast and easy.

Comfy place with a very comfortable bed. We didn't spend much time at Rick's place, but it had everything we needed for a night.

This was the perfect place to stay for my work trip to Austin. Easy to access and an exceptional host, I particularly appreciated the how clean the space was plus a surprisingly comfortable bed. Highly recommend! I didn’t get to explore the area much, but it was a great location for getting everywhere I needed to go.

Our stay in the condo was very enjoyable. From the time we arrived, we noticed the hotel had great amenities. The room was super clean and organized. The view of Lady Bird Lake was beautiful. We will definitely come back for another visit in the near future!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here, it’s very convenient to the hotel and activities and you can walk right up to look at the lake. The place itself is very clean and has a good kitchen. Set up if you want to cook. We enjoyed our time here!

Great communication and everything clean

We had a terrific stay. I was there for a work conference and brought a colleague and my family (we actually booked 2 units in the same building to achieve this). The check in process was a bit hectic, but that had more to do with the fact that I had a crying baby and a toddler with an ear infection to contend with. 😅 But as a fair warning to anyone else in a similar situation to me, check in was slower than ideal because there were a bunch of people arriving at the same time and only one person at the front desk who was able to help. The unit itself was lovely and it was great having access to a kitchen and a gym while away from home. Jason, the host, was extremely responsive. The value was amazing! I was able to book four bedrooms total for less than what it would cost for a hotel room downtown, and it was a short uber to get there when I had to. Overall I would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous location and space. Very close to UT campus but also a quiet space to relax in. We were here for my daughter’s audition at the Butler College of Music and it was perfect for us. Enjoyed being able to go back and forth to change. Space was exactly as described and was very comfortable. Would definitely reserve again!
