Fantastic place to stay, great location, warm and welcoming, exactly as described would recommend a stay.

We were welcomed on arrival by Andy, who was very welcoming and chatted and explained a few things. The cottage is lovely and the paddock a great extra. I would totally recommend this cottage and hopefully will return again. Top marks Karen and Andy, thank you for a lovely stay

We had an excellent stay! The property is spacious, clean, and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Its location is fantastic, offering easy access to York, Whitby, Scarborough, and Flamborough. And it’s Dog friendly!! The host is very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time here.

This was a wonderful stay with Mary and her partner who both made me feel welcome and at home. Both the peaceful aesthetic of the 'hut' combined with occasional appearance of some very well behaved and good natured animal companions made this stay unforgettable. I highly recommend the 'hut' to anyone looking for a pleasant experience in this quaint seaside getaway.
