Yet another restorative stay 🙂

If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet countryside location, we cannot recommend Gail’s Little Barn highly enough. We loved the beautiful, unbroken views across the fields and saw several, wonderful sunsets. The only sound was birdsong. The Little Barn is exactly as described and very comfortable, warm and cosy. It also felt spacious, with all the rooms a generous size. It was spotlessly clean throughout and very easy to self cater. Gail and Mark are kind, friendly and charming hosts. When we had to postpone our arrival by a day, Gail very kindly offered to add a day to the end of our stay. The location of the property, in mid Devon, was perfect for visiting the north and south coasts as well as Exmoor and Dartmoor.

Lovely few days at Vennlake for a friends wedding. Local shops and garden centre close by and pubs a short drive. Croyde Bay was worth driving to - beautiful beach and good places to eat. Shaun was a fab host and very helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay 🙂

Idyllic location, clean and comfortable apartment. Great bed for a good nights sleep with black out curtains and blinds. Peaceful and friendly neighbourhood, conveniently located 5 mins from train station, (keep your directions offline due to signal). Apartment contained everything we needed with good transport links to North Devon and Mainland England. Thank you Sandy & Todd, and your pup for hosting us.
