Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Douro

Our stay exceeded all expectations!!! From the host's attention to detail, comfort, quality and the beauty of the space itself. It was a series of experiences within an experience! The indoor pool is a dream!! The wood-burning oven made our delights come true, we felt at home, with a very pleasant temperature inside. The walks in the lemon grove area are quite pleasant, with the surprise of the ponies. Being 200% pet-friendly, without any kind of limitation, was the plus of the stay. Thank you and see you soon! Very special moments were experienced here, Mr.Pedro was always very helpful and attentive, ensuring our well-being. It allowed us to be with the sheep and chickens, which my daughter loved the most! The atmosphere is calm, quiet and super pleasant

We had such a peaceful stay at Manuel’s home. The owner was very helpful and responsive when we couldn’t remember how to use some of the appliances :). The home was spotless and was very thoughtfully prepared. We enjoyed the touches like books for reading, cozy blankets for lounging, jenga for the kids to play and robes for every person. Even adorable kid sized robes for the kids. We loved relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of sightseeing as well. The home feels luxurious and cozy at the same time and is well situated for adventures to Porto and the surrounding area. We did day trips to Guimares, Porto, Lamego and Amarante. I would recommend this place and would absolutely stay again. Thank you Hugo for all your care and help during our stay. Cheers!

A perfect place to visit the northern region of Portugal. Friendly host and excellent accommodation conditions

Diogo is a great guy, super friendly and helps with everything you need. I spent 2 days kitesurfing and was able to borrow his surfboard on windless days – a great bonus! The accommodation is simple and has everything you need, but don't expect luxury (except the hot tub :-)) The location is beautifully nestled in nature. Perfect for those looking for peace and outdoor activities.

Fantastic host, very friendly, fast responses, beautiful house, hot tub worked, mattresses and couches comfortable, very clean, washer and dryer worked appropriately, kitchen, bathrooms, fireplace and bar fully stocked. Not one complaint. Will stay here again in a heartbeat! Deserves a 10 rating.

Fernando received us very well, with delicious oranges waiting for us on the table as well as a good bottle of wine. Very responsive to our requests. We highly recommend it.

We had wonderful days. Interior of the spaces are a bit dated, but everything is clean. Pool and views really beautiful. The pool is shared with Farmhouse 2 but is fine to do. In the house also more than enough space, large kitchen. Communication with Hugo was fast and easy.

I've stayed in many places around the world, but Conceição has been the best host to date, very friendly and helpful. The house is very well taken care of, and we feel totally welcome.

The pictures honor the apartment as it is exactly what you will get. it’s orientation is perfect once the resting area (room and toilet) is on the west side of the building, while the living area is located in the east part of the building, meaning that one can benefit from the sunrise in the room and sunset in the living room and resulting on a great light inside the house. The kitchen is all equipped, having a dish machine, laundry machine which also dries, all the basics to cook, pans, cutlery, toast machine, a boiler for water and coffee machine. Sousa family provided coffee capsules, tea and sugar as courtesy and a great detail was to provide the basics to cook (sunflower oil, olive oil, peppers, parsley, aluminum foil, salt) which is a nice gesture. the apartment has good finishings, being mostly wood, making the atmosphere warm. Well isolated apartment, had no need of AC which is available. Views, well, the only aspect that pictures do not honor, in loco is much better!

It was comfortable during my stay in Porto. The house was clean and fully equipped. There was a little problem when checking in, but the host responded quickly and resolved it well. The host also kindly provided information on local travel. If I come to Porto again, I would like to stay there again.

I highly recommend staying here if you want some peace and quiet. Beautiful views, great kitchen for cooking, and greats hosts. 10/10

Vitors hospitality was amazing. Very responsive and helpful host. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and the views were breathtaking. We appreciated the tour of the winery and the wonderful spread of tapas when we arrived! Would highly recommend Vitor and his wife to anyone looking to visit the Douro Valley ☺️

We had a great time in the middle of nature, with cosy accommodations and lovely animals. The communication with Isabel was great and our kids were very fond of the cats and goats! We would definitely come again!

We are very very thankful to Helena and Luis. They are very sweet, helpful and amazingly kind. We felt right at home in this absolute stunning place. It is a bit difficult to find, but Helena was a great help. We LOVED it and enjoyed it to the max! We will be back for sure!

Great little house in the middle of the forest (Ranch). Everything in the house looks new and of good quality. Perfect for some days off in contact with nature.

When we arrived at the property we immediately felt relaxed and at peace - the view is simply incredible ! The outside terrace is big with beautiful views and plenty of seating, a BBQ, heated lamps etc. Inside is spacious - a good kitchen, a lovely record player, lots of sofas. The location is great - you are so close to so many amazing outdoor activities - we really enjoyed exploring the rivers, mountain walks and the Lagoons ! Many thanks !
