We had a fantastic time staying at James and Emma’s. Whilst the location is tucked away off the normal path, their clear instructions made it easy to find. Their restaurant recommendations were also great and meant we found some real gems that we wouldn’t have otherwise known about. We would love to stay again if we were ever back in the area.

We went to Broad chalk for an evening away to do some long distance running around the countryside. The village is wonderful and the walks and runs in the surrounding area are challenging with spectacular landscape and really good trails. The village had a brilliant pub and community shop and coffee shop/cafe. Our stay was very enjoyable and the room was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had a really good amenities and the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom had a lovely hot shower after a long run! Beautiful garden.

Had a lovely two nights at the Apple Barn. Jocelyn was so friendly and helpful, and the location was brilliant, very central to Bruton. We had everything we could need and really appreciated the little touches like being left some home made cookies, bread and milk. Thanks so much Jocelyn for a wonderful stay

Absolutely brilliant place. Nicola was a fantastic host. Breakfast was a lovely touch and very appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone ! And the hot tub was a brilliant facility to have :) Would 100% stay again !!!

I was able to make a last minute booking for a family of 6, it was the perfect accomodation for us to stay an extra night in the new forest. Bekah was a fabulous host and made us feel at home, she also ensured the safe return of sons mobile phone which slipped beneath the bunk bed and got left behind. I'd highly recommend this amazing garden house and we shall hopefully return again soon. 10/10 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a lovely stay, was perfect, everything you needed, it was just like a home away from home! There was milk, bread and biscuits left for us which was very thoughtful and we really appreciated. Liz was very welcoming. Would definitely visit again.

A lovely little room and bathroom! Comfy bed and well equipped. Sweet assortment of quick breakfast items. Sharon was very accommodating and responsive.

We spent a nice couple of days together in a nice, serene area in Wales. We were welcomed with great hospitality, and a well-maintained, clean living area. We will definitely be back!

Was perfect for a Valentines getaway! We are so grateful to Sam and Adrian for extending their hospitality, they truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to make sure we had plenty of information about the surrounding area! We have to give our thanks also to William who provided lots of snacks and drinks through his tuck shop :) The barn itself was cosy yet spacious, the bed was super comfortable and water pressure in the shower was decent. The kitchen was fully-equipped for us to make a beef wellington on Valentines night!! Even the temperatures were near freezing - that didn’t stop us from taking full advantage of the fire place out on the patio! Overall we had a wonderful stay and would love to come and stay again! Thank you again Sam, Adrian and William!

Alaister provided an extremely detailed guidebook for the cabin which included full instructions for everything. The cabin is very well thought out in its design so it does not feel at all cramped, just really comfortable. Everything we needed was provided - toiletries, washing up equipment, bin bags, sliders, dressing gowns and even tea & biscuits! The garden and surrounding forest were beautiful, the sky at night was so clear and the temperature of the hot tub meant that we were able to enjoy relaxing and stargazing in the bubbles even though it was February! We enjoyed a lovely meal at the local pub/restaurant at the end of the lane and it was great to be able to stroll back after a couple of glasses of wine (just remember your torch!) We had a really refreshing, rejuvenating stay here and highly recommend this place to anyone needing to ‘get away from it all’ as it is peaceful and private with awesome facilities.

What a fantastic gem the Potting Shed was. We enjoyed our stay from start to finish. A wonderful setting and had everthing we needed. Tamzin was on hand for any questions we had and we met her and her lovely friendly dogs. The bed was very comfy and the whole place was nice and warm. A super place to relax in and that is what we did! Thank you Tamzin.

The den was warm and cozy with everything we needed. It is a great location for visiting Salisbury and Stonehenge, or just relaxing indoors. We enjoyed using the fireplace and watching the ducks outside.

A lovely quiet cosy cabin. So easy to walk into Wareham, with lovely cafes, restaurants and shops. A great base to explore Dorset. We did monkey world, Corfe castle and Weymouth and it was so convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay at the stables. We only had two nights here but they were lovely. The location is beautiful and surrounded by countryside however it is very close to bath city centre only a ten minute drive, so it was a perfect location for us. The stables were beautiful inside, it was equip with everything that we needed. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. We really enjoyed being able to use the hot tub too which was one of the things that stood out to us when booking. Nancy was really quick to reply if we had any questions or problems which was really nice. She also gave us clear instructions of how to get into the property and where to park etc which was really helpful. We would definitely recommend the stables to anyone who is looking to stay in bath!

This is great place to stay. Very homely, well equipped, comfortable in lovely setting. Ideal for those with dogs and very warm which was perfect as we arrived in the middle of a storm! Anna is a great host, very responsive & proactive & flexible on times. Even better was the bread, milk, croissants, coffee and cereals that were all there!! Really nice touch. Shame we couldn’t stay longer! Highly recommend!

Adam and I had a lovely weekend at the Lazy Lodge. The lodge is very spacious yet feels really cosy and has everything you need, both inside (particularly the hot tub!) and in the nearby area. Mark was super friendly on our arrival and gave some great recommendations for places to go. We would definitely recommend as a place to stay 😊

Spent a lovely few days here, lovely hosts. Very cosy getaway, clean well equipped and great water pressure/heating. Couldnt ask for anything more. Great for walks to the Tor and Chalice well and an easy walk to town. Will be back again.

We have stayed at many locations all over the world, and this was one of the standouts. A lovely presented annexe with all that you could ever need need, with quality furnishings, a very comfy bed, ample space inside and parking right outside the annexe, waking up to the magnificant views from upstairs looking out over the fields was a real treat. Karen & Roger are just fantastic hosts, the welcome goodies where very well received especially the home made apple juice, and we very much enjoyed the apple orchard and Cider Shed tour. Roger is the most genuine host, who is willing to share his knowledge and passion on all things cider, it made for a most memorable stay in Wiltshire, we cannot reccomend Bromham Cider Farm enough. a most fantastic stay.
