Monthly Rentals in Dodge County

We loved this place! The location was perfect! We were able to walk for coffee, restaurants, and other shops. It was stocked with added amenities, like toiletries and kitchen essentials (even napkins, plastic containers and plastic baggies for leftovers). We had a couple hiccups, nothing major, and Chris (co-host) was super responsive within minutes. He definitely made our stay great, especially with the champaign that was left in the fridge for New Year’s Eve and inviting us to his wine bar below the property. The bathtub was amazing!!! Thanks so much Chris and Mark for an awesome stay! We will definitely be back!

We rented Cindy’s house back in June and liked it so much that we returned in September. It was just as great as the first time around, beautiful setting, clean and Cindy is super responsive and friendly. Highly recommended!!

This quaint downtown apartment in David City was perfect for our stay! The space was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed and was absolutely spotless. Its convenient location made it easy to get to my business destination, which was a huge plus. Jaclyn was an incredibly responsive and attentive host, making sure we had a comfortable experience. We would definitely love to stay here again and already plan to do so! Highly recommend!
