Monthly Rentals in Dix

We loved our stay in Montour Falls. The Apartment was comfortable,cozy, quiet, and in a nice village neighborhood. It was conveniently located and in walking distance to restaurants and shops. It was perfect for my husband, myself, and our Havanese, who we travel with. We all felt very at home. Looking forward to coming back and staying again in the near future.

Perfect place for a peaceful weekend trip with the girls! We enjoyed the wineries nearby but, we did face some struggles with transportation as far as Uber pickups and driver services go due to the time of year we chose to visit. The house was very spacious and well kept. Overall a great homey atmosphere perfect for a cozy weekend:)

We enjoyed a fun long weekend at Casey's while checking out the breweries in the finger Lakes region. The house was perfect for the four of us, and we could have easily had another couple. The kitchen was better stocked than most places we've stayed. They even shoveled the sidewalks and porch for us after a snowy day!! Location was perfect as we were able to walk to town to restaurants and shopping.

Sarah was extremely responsive every step of the way. The loft was perfectly clean, well located, and she even put out some post holiday treats! It was also well stocked ugh local books/pamphlets which we found very helpful. Perfect experience and a gracious host. Thanks Sarah!
