Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in District 4

I stayed here for the second time Good location and convenient surroundings Privacy washer. Dryer is always useful The host tries to be friendly and communicative It's a quiet area that's easy to get to other places, so your sleep is not disturbed. I'll use it again next time.

Minh's apartment was in a great location with many shops and restaurants nearby. A short walk to Ben Thanh Market as well. The city views are spectacular at this location, especially at night. The apartment was clean and provided plenty of space for our family of 7 during our stay. Thank you!

Good condo overall, pretty good location (not too close but not too far). If you like to sleep at night it’s a good spot! Condo is clean and building is safe with good amenities. Checking in / out seamless

There was no shortage of accommodations for a group of 11 people from 4 families, and the location was good enough to walk to all the places. If I visit Ho Chi Minh City again, I want to visit again, and everyone in my group was satisfied.

We had a good stay at Dang’s place. She allowed a bit early check-in for couple of rooms and the place was walking distance from the most happening street in Ho Chi Minh city. The 2 inner rooms don’t have windows but it was manageable with air conditioning for the short stay.

Thao's place is perfect for a shorter or longer term stay in HCMC. It's close to everything in D1 yet tucked away far enough in a very clean and safe ally that you have very little noise........in our eyes this is perfection. The apartment is well kitted, bed comfy, AC cold, and shower warm. We didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of all of the extras Thao offers but when we come back to HCMC, we will be staying here again. Thao is extremely responsive and helpful.......one of the best hosts we've had the pleasure of staying with.

Mochi is one of the most incredible, supportive and helpful hosts that I have ever stayed with. We felt right at home at this place. He was so kind to our request and helped us bring our luggage up and down. Despite staying on the 3rd floor we didn't miss an elevator at all. All the amenities were exactly as shown or even better I'd say. The highlight for us was the location. It is literally just 400m away from Bui Vien Walking Street and only about 1.2 km from Ben Thanh Market. There were great restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and even pharmacies next to it. Overall a wonderful experience and we'd love to stay here again next time we visit Ho Chi Minh City!!

Stay was great, everything was as described by Lyn and the location was easy to get around from. Great restaurants within easy walking distance. Taxi could easily pick up from the location. Would definitely stay there again if I go back to Ho Chi Min City

Great location right next to District 1. Many stores, coffee shops and restaurants around the apartment block. The apartment is very comfortable, has the amenities for some light cooking, the washing machine is very nice. All in all I would stay here again.

It is a very satisfactory accommodation. It was clean, comfortable, and there was nothing I didn't like about it. The host was also very helpful, thank you. If the schedule is right, it was definitely a place I would like to come back to! There is a convenience store under the accommodation, so it was convenient.

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.
