Nice place that’s walkable to D1 by using pedestrian bridge. Nice grocery store and 7/11 apart of building as well.

Great place , everything are as described and shown , a little bit smaller for a family of 3 but would definitely be great for just 1/2 people would highly recommend this place, check-in was very easy n smooth with the help of the staff.

Excellent place in district 1 of the city. The host/staffs are nice, polite, welcoming and very responsive with any request. The apartment is clean and modern which is consistent with the descriptions and pictures as show in the listing.

Good private room. Only stayed 1 night but it was clean and spacious. Great location for food.

We've felt really well in the flat. It's close to everything in the city centre if you like walking. Otherwise Grab is a good option (in 5-10 minutes you can reach everything there). It's quite calm though its central position. And the flat was absolutely clean. Kim and his team are ready to help any time you need it.

First of all, this complex (Rivergate Residences) is an excellent place to stay. It's very convenient to District 1, there is a western-style mini supermarket and coffee shop on the ground floor, and a beautiful pool and a gym on the 7th floor. This apartment is particular is very comfortable and well equipped (including a washing machine). It is on the 18th floor, so it is quiet despite the busy street below. The kitchen is well set up and works well for cooking meals in the apartment. And lastly, the host Phu is very responsive and tries very hard to make sure you are comfortable. A couple of times I asked him for special requests, and he provided them with no questions and very quickly. I highly recommend this apartment, especially for longer stays in HCMC.

The room has a nice feel. Like an art room. The kitchen platform doesn’t have a sink but it’s functional otherwise. The drop down screen and projector arrangement were too good for someone who wants to relax in the room or have kids with them. Finding the room was a bit difficult although block no was clearly mentioned but to reach the exact gate we had to ask the locals there. Although nothing should be a deal breaker considering the interiors. It’s quite close to war memorial /museum.

Excellent location in centre of CBD. Lots of restaurants nearby. Excellent host! The host provide other recommendations and arrangements for food, local tour, KTV and entertaiment.

Great place to stay, cozy and easy to access everything. The host was nice and really informative. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Second stay and still great experience, Lung Linh is a great host he allowed us to have an amazing experience in Ho Chi Minh city. The RiverGate residence is beautiful and everything is available nearby: 3 shops downstairs, a gym, a pool The host was responsive and understanding to every issue. He was really very nice and I recommend his place 100% Value for money the best in Saigon that I have been able to find to date. We'll never forget our time here again thank you
