We stayed in this charming apartment for a month, and it was the perfect home base for our time in Ho Chi Minh City. The space is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail and it had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location is fantastic—close to good vegetarian restaurants and local markets. The neighborhood is vibrant yet peaceful, giving us the best of both worlds. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and always easy to reach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place in District 5!

I had a wonderful stay at Tri’s house. The house was exactly as desscribed as clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed. The location was great, and I truly felt at home. It was definitely worth money, and I appreciate the way he had supported me during my stay. There are a lot of restaurants, food stores, coffee shops, even pharmacy store and convenient store around this place, it’s just few steps away. Thank you for being a great host! I would definitely stay here if I come back to Vietnam next time.

I loved this stay. The house was very clean, and the host provided free drinking water, instant coffee, tea, toiletries, and even a washing machine. I especially loved the porch area with a clothesline to dry laundry, making it super convenient to hang clothes after washing them. The weather in Vietnam can be hot, but luckily the house had air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs, so it was very comfortable. There was also hot water for showers, but be sure to ask the host how to turn it on. The cohost was fantastic—she replied almost immediately to any questions I had, and communication was smooth since she speaks Vietnamese, Cantonese, and English. The location is great—there’s a local market nearby, and a 10- to 20-minute drive will take you to Lotte Mart and Vạn Hạnh Mall. I mainly used Grab for transportation. Quick tip: if the driver can’t find the address, give them the alley number and street name instead of the house number.

Khanh 's condo is in a good and safe location. it is easy to find a lot of restaurants and food there. The condo is very beautiful. The room is very comfortable , clean, and quiet. Khanh and his wife and his employees are very friendly , honest, and helpful. The price is valuable. The service is very good. I really like and happy to stay there and will go back to stay there again next time . I am very satisfied to stay in Khanh's place. Thank Khanh and his employees for all helps!
