The landlord is super nice, and I had a blissful two days here. It's peaceful, and if you're into that Vietnamese-French vibe, this place is spot on. You can chill and chat on the balcony, the bed is super cozy, and there's a faint aroma throughout the house. It made our trip even better. Thanks for having us!

I was warmly welcomed by the owner and checking in is smooth and hassle-free. The owner is very responsive before and throughout my stay here in HCM. The location of the airbnb is conveniently located, with supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants within walking distance, and is quiet and peaceful for tired travellers to rest.

Security is good. The room is very clean and friendly. It's easy to visit downtown and it's good to use taxis and Grab.

We had 13 pax and it was a comfortable stay for all. Host was responsive and helpful. Beds were comfortable too.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful heritage house! My friends and I felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was perfect for our large group of 11 people, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The house itself was stunning – charming and full of character, making it an ideal spot for a getaway. We also felt very safe and secure, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Patrick was incredibly responsive and friendly. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. He allowed us an early check-in, which was such a thoughtful gesture, and even helped us book some great bars to visit during the night. It was the personal touches like these that really made our stay special. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a spacious, welcoming, and well-located spot for a big group! The stay at House on tree was very comfortable. The house had a very homely vibe and I loved that it was surrounded by so many plants :)

Apartment was clean, tidy, good size, and had all required facilities. The hosts were extremely friendly and responsive to requests for help. They accommodated our baby having a nap on check-out day, which was greatly appreciated. A great stay overall.

Wynie has been extremely friendly and reactive to the messages. The apartment was very clean and tucked in a small street which helped making it more quiet as there is not much traffic passing by. It would have been great to have a photo of the gate and where to ring before arrival but despite my late arrival, I could check in and felt welcome which was really appreciated as I had much less friendly encounters before that! There is also a free water dispenser in the building and it was a real pleasure to deal with such a friendly and accomodating host ! Thank you ! If you come from the airport, you can take the bus 152 and walk about 10-15mn if you don't have much luggage to avoid taxi scams.
