Vacation rentals with a fireplace in District 1

I've spent two weeks at Tonee's: I wanted a place that was central, but not too chaotic and noisy as it can happen in D1. The room was minimal, but had all the comforts I needed and a great wifi connection: most important thing for me as a digital nomad. In conclusion: Tonee's place was perfect for my needs and I am very satisfied. Tonee has been always very kind and she even invited me to have dinner with her family which I've greatly appreciated!

Our family booked the entire building for a week, occupying both units. The layout features multiple staircases (one without railings), which worked for us but may be challenging for elderly guests or very young children. We absolutely loved the location! Right across from Chợ Bến Thành, it’s a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the city center. The property was clean, with cleaners visiting during our stay, and the dual washer/dryer was a bonus. Our host Qui was very responsive and accommodating. The air conditioner in the lower unit was non-functional, and despite a technician’s visit, it remained unrepaired, causing uncomfortable conditions, poor ventilation, leading some in our group to seek alternative lodging. Also, one bathroom in the upper unit lacked water pressure, limiting us to one bathroom. We recommend confirming these amenities before booking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the unbeatable location, cleanliness, and responsive host. A great spot for city immersion!

We were very happy with our stay. The place is well designed and very clean. The hosts communication was great. And there are lots of great places to eat nearby. It is about 20 mins walk to the main tourist sites, and very easy to get a grab. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely, bright apartment and is the perfect place to stay in HCMC. It is in a good location and walkable for most of the sights in District 1 as well as plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars. It was spacious, clean and the balcony was a bonus. Check-in/out was simple. Daisy was extremely helpful when we had a change in our plans and was also very responsive to any questions during our stay. If we ever return, this would be our place of choice.

The host is very nice, he will respond and help you immediately. There are three convenient stores downstairs. It is very convenient to buy everything. It is also very close to various attractions. I will check in again.

Great place. The most outstanding feature is that it is extremely easy for taxis etc to pick you up. There are pretty great food spots nearby and convenience stores. Just ask the host to recommend

Love this place would stay again, Khoa very responsive and reliable host. I would recommend my friend to stay here, you got all you need at the place and the convince store is just few min away. Easy to order grab bike and food, walking distance to breakfast and lunch. 3-5min to SaiGon Center and Q1.

The place sit perfectly to everything you need. walkable to the pink church and delicious bánh xèo around the corner. Room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Would love to stay here when I’m visiting again!

Great stay at a beautiful property. As a group of 10 friends who were travelling from 5 different countries for a reunion, it was smooth for us to check-in at separate times. The staff was helpful, and always prompt in responding to our requests. They helped arrange everything we needed. The property was beautiful, and we utilised the swimming pool, gym, badminton court, tennis court, golf driving range and karaoke room. Grab was convenient to find cabs and order food. All in all, it was a great property with great staff and we couldn’t have asked for anything better!
