Villa vacation rentals in Dewey Beach

This was our 3rd time in DE, but our first at the Coastal Club. It was definitely our favorite place! The home was beautiful and felt like our “home away from home.”It was also close to the pool. The location was close to nearby restaurants & the board walk was easy to get to! We can’t wait to return!

My family of 5 has stayed at Beth's place going on 4 years in a row now. It's always been a pleasure. The neighborhood is still just as quiet and friendly. Bethany Beach has gotten a bit more popular, so driving to the beach has started to take a little longer from the community, but the short drive is still straightforward and mostly painless. My favorite feature of her home has always been the covered patio. There is nothing better than being outside in the summer without being "outside," lol.

Absolutely awesome place very close and convenient to all activities- bigger than I expected and 💯 delighted- I could not have been more pleased - very grateful!!

My family along with myself had planned a vacation and booked with Steve at his Airbnb. This was my first experience using Airbnb and it definitely won’t be my last. Steve’s property was amazing! The house was clean from top to bottom. The booking was super easy and straight to the point and no hassle. The communication was great and made the process easier for me. The home was super comfortable and had everything you would need when you’re away from home. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals even seasonings. Overall perfect experience and will definitely book with Steve again!

Steve’s place was everything we expected/hoped for and more! Exceptionally clean and well kept. Location was perfect to restaurants, shopping, beach, grocery store, and more.

Rajan was such a great person to work with leading up to and during our stay. The house was incredibly clean and just as described. More than enough space for our 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The location is fantastic with beaches and plenty of activities within a short distance. The three pools within the neighborhood were a great addition with two kids. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

The pictures were exactly what you see, house was very nice, we had a minor problem when we enter housekeeping left the gas stove on so the house was full of fumes n we called Steve he came down n was very nice told us to leave n he took care of everything 1 patio chair was broken good thing we notice before our 81 yr old parents sat down but other than that everything was nice n roomy n comfortable had a wonderful time!!!! We come back

Awesome place right next to the beach in a private neighborhood! Our family of 9 had the best time enjoying the views and relaxing! Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful home, Christine and Kevin were super responsive, gave amazing restaurant recommendations, house had awesome supplies like a keurig, grater and some many Tupperware, could use a full length mirror

This is our second time staying here and we loved everything about it! It’s so peaceful sitting out back on the porch overlooking the pond and it’s also wonderful sitting out by the pool that overlooks the bay. The small beach by the pool is the perfect place for families with little ones who don’t want to haul a bunch of stuff to the real beach. My 6 yr old daughter absolutely loves coming here and has already asked to come back this summer for a third trip. The house is beautifully decorated and has plenty of space for two families. It’s close to some great restaurants and having the golf cart is also a fun bonus to get everyone down to the pool/beach. Thank you Molly for another awesome stay!!

The rental house was just perfect for the reunion with our daughter's Uncles and Aunts who came for her wedding! Lots of room to gather, and to separate when needed. It's was clean when we arrived and, as Girl Scouts, hope it was even better when we left (if that was possible). We did take pictures of the smudges on the wall when we arrived on Friday. Other challenges were one of the shower heads upstairs and accessing the wifi (it could have been our service). But Tracey was right on any of the others. And YES! - we would consider the location again for a future gathering!

Wonderful stay! This was our second time and we love this property and it’s amenities. My kids can’t wait to go back to our “hotel house.” Always bright, clean and well stocked. The pool is the perfect respite though can get busy at peak times.

We had an enjoyable stay where it was large enough to accommodate our whole extended family! Close to restaurants and amenities! Had bikes in the garage to use for getting around the neighborhood which was quiet and peaceful!

We stayed here for a week in August. Me, my wife, and 10 year old son. Keyless check in was a breeze. The place was very clean and spacious. We loved the open layout, high ceilings, and abundant natural light. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable, place was nicely furnished. The owners were really thoughtful in making this home feel welcoming. Easy drive to Lewes beach (about 16 min) or Rehoboth beach (about 20-25 minutes depending on beach traffic). We didn’t try any of the community amenities but great to know they were there. We look forward to staying here again! Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo and community. Went for an off-season getaway and was very happy they are dog friendly. The condo was clean and spacious. There were LOTS of steps to the second floor. Not a problem for us, just something to be aware of. We did not use any of the resort amenities but the community was quiet and a great place to walk the dog. Since it was a winter getaway, was hoping to cozy up by the fire however there was a tag on the mantel saying the gas was off due to a valve leak. It was dated 2021, so I guess they aren’t concerned with getting it fixed. I would stay here again.

Property was just as described and fit our family of 6 adults, 2 teens and 1 kiddo perfectly. We were all happy with the beds, the bathrooms, the location, and made use of the lovely screened in porch on a daily basis. We appreciated a lot of the extras like the nice shutter blinds, the ceiling fans in every room, and the griddle on the stove. Bayside has so many amenities - we'll be back!

Excellent place to stay for a family vacation. The area was peaceful and had beautiful views. We found our yearly vacation spot, and will be returning again next year with more family!
