Excellent WiFi and TV. Very comfortable furnishings and well equipped kitchen. Everything we needed for a great Thanksgiving gathering with family

Absolutely perfect place for a large family. A beautiful condo. A 20 minute drive to the beach. Surrounded by restaurants and shopping. The only drawback was the noise. Located behind a WaWa and near a busy intersection that had numerous EMS, police, and firetrucks day and night, it was always noisy. However, I would absolutely stay in this beautiful condo again. At the end of a fun day we were all tired and slept well. Shower heads amazing. Having two bathrooms was a must. Two people could shower at once and the water pressure was perfect. Loved the stocked shampoo/conditioner/ body wash. The kitchen had all the necessities needed if you forgot something at home. Towels were soft. Beds comfortable. Grateful we found this great place to stay. Thank you

Dean’s place was great. Location was amazing. Dean was able to let us stay an extra day!!! It was a fantastic stay, but if I had to give one criticism it would be the love seat in the living room has a large arm rest in the middle, so when my hubby laid on the couch at night to watch TV, I couldn’t lay on the love seat because of the arm rest. Not a big deal really. All and all I would definitely recommend this place!!

This was the second Christmas the family and I stayed at Niki's. The place was as breathtaking as the first time we stayed. It was spacious, clean, and all the amenities we could ask. We had a great holiday with the family. We look forward to the next time.

We’re so excited and everything happy with comfortable to stayed in this house and location so nice , enjoyed good sleeping and relaxing time here, we’re so love staying here, We book 2 night but still not enough, we want stay more nights to enjoy but we have to return to work , everything say Thank You , Lynn ! So helpful and nice ! We thinking about next time come back again when we have time again , thanks !

We had a short and very nice stay. We were only in town for a funeral but the place was perfect for us. We would surely look to use it again in the future for a different trip.

Very respectable host

Nice and cozy place to stay for any period of time. The hosts are proactive and responsive, the instructions are clear. Air conditioning and electric fireplace add comfort while staying and local stores and restaurants are really good. Conveniently located within 17 min from Bethany beach gives another opportunity to enjoy Delaware beaches. Overall - great experience - much appreciated!
