Vacation rentals with a patio in Devonport

Spent a few days here over Christmas. It's such a beautiful house and has everything you could possibly need for cooking, hosting etc. Lovely, clean and comfortable bed and plenty of blankets and dog accessories. Our Jack Russell had a lovely time too. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us! (note 2 flights of stairs upon entrance, so not ideal for disabled people)

We really enjoyed our stay, Tara was extremely helpful in communications. The property was spotless and the hot tub was used a lot. The cream tea on arrival was tasty. We really hope to come back again soon. Thank you so much.

Excellent place to stay in Mutley. It had all the food places you could want within a few minute walk. Local amenities are just round the corner which was perfect for me. Would definitely recommend staying here. Laura was a great host and always responsive.

A hi-spec hi-tec apartment with stunning views across Plymouth Sound. Walks to Rame Head and Mount Edgecombe from the door. Good selection of nearby pubs - the Devonport Inn in particular. Natasha was very helpful. We had a fabulous stay - highly recommended!

We have just spent two nights in this cosy flat.. And it was a great few days stay. Amy was very good responding to us with anything we asked. And we would stay there again.

Such an enjoyable stay at Ali’s home. Immaculately presented and decorated extremely well. Was so peaceful. Wonderful beds and linen. Great kitchen which allowed us to cook for our family that we were visiting. Our dog loved it too Would love to come back again in the summer. Thank you Ali ❤️

I have stayed in this lovely apartment once previously, and it is still just as lovely! On a clear night it’s the perfect place for some star gazing. The apartment is always very clean and homely, you feel relaxed as soon as you walk through the door, just what you want for a holiday. It has everything you might need in the kitchen, and in the living room. There is an on the wall heater and a spare heater (for if you’re always cold like me), a TV, very comfortable sofa and foot stool. Isabella, the host, is very responsive and friendly. She goes above and beyond to make your stay as nice as possible. She gives suggestions on what you can do around the area and where you can eat, if you fancy going out. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Had the good fortune to stay at Rich's place for a second time this week and as before just a great place, it has everything you need for your stay, nice and warm and comfortable and very clean and comes with driveway parking. Brilliant.

Stayed for new year with friends. Not to far from the centre nice park across from the house everyone you need to stay in the house !

Highly recommend this place to people travelling to Plymouth. I felt at home! Nicola and Ashley are very friendly and responsive as well, thanks for everything!

Amy was a pleasure to deal with and the house was huge and lots of original features. Very close to the train station and not far from HMS Raleigh as we were there for my sons passing out parade. Had a fab time and the house is loverly well worth the money 👍

A perfect place for our family Christmas - we even went for a dip in the sea as it’s so close, followed by the hot tub to warm up. Heather was very responsive in the lead up and had decorated the house for Christmas, which was much appreciated by the little ones, and the adults too! Heather had thought of everything, supplying beach towels and stair gates. There were even flip flops to borrow. The room sizes are great, everyone has their own space but can gather in the open-plan living space. We would recommend walking into Looe - it’s close and an easy walk for the whole family. We would love to stay again. Thank you Heather.

We enjoyed a relaxing and cosy Christmas break with our family. There was everything we needed & plenty of space. Josi made it festive for us and we would go back again. Modbury is also very quaint & 2 minutes walk.

Absolutely the greatest house in the westsouth UK! Will come here again in the future!!

The house is immaculate! It’s been designed, renovated and kept to the highest standards. Everything was thought about, from the light switches to the multiple kitchen appliances and we wanted for nothing. It was so spacious, particularly the master bedroom and every bathroom. The host Joyce was attentive, gave clear instructions and responded to any enquiries in a timely fashion. The house overlooks and provides a glorious view of the sea, which can be seen from all front facing rooms and every position of the stepped garden. We had a fantastic time, spoilt by the weather, views, location and beautiful house.

Clifford and Mary were the perfect host with a beautiful home. The property had everything we needed to meet our needs. It was spotless and well maintained. The property itself is set in a beautiful location just a stones throw away from a selection of little beach coves. We spent quite a few days with our children enjoying the beach, searching for sea glass which is there in abundance. It's als close to Plymouth which provides plenty of options to explore Devon and Cornwall. There's a lovely pub just down the road from the property which provides excellent food and a great local vibe. Clifford and Mary made our family honeymoon the perfect week away. Thanks so much 😁

Wonderful time in an idyllic part of South Devon and felt right at home and comfortable in Bernadette’s cosy cottage. Walks by the river, walks on the cliff tops, walks on the beach, yummy fresh food in the local pubs…a fantastic spot to slow down and refresh. Thank you so much 🧡

Great location- 5 minute walk to the hoe. Walking distance everywhere but tucked away from any town noise. Place is even better in person- lovely building, tastefully decorated, powerful shower with all the amenities you’d need. Would recommend to anyone and I will be using this place again. 10/10

Absolutely stunning location and views of the sea and beach, even though the weather was a bit choppy the first few days, it made exploring that little bit more adventurous. Lovely appartment, we've stayed here every year for the last 3 years and Bronwen never lets us down, always greatfull, hopefully be back again next year.🤞 Tash & Rob

The flat was absolutely perfect and exactly what we needed. Chloe was really kind and went the extra mile to help us out - we will definitely be back!
