Vacation rentals with lake access in Delaware County

Five stars all around! Sarah’s home was a fantastic retreat for our family of four (two teen boys). The house was lovely, well appointed, and incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed the sauna after long hikes and sitting outside just listening to the rushing creek (none of us were brave enough to jump in since it was December). The kitchen was incredibly well appointed and the beds were super comfortable and cozy. For sure a repeat visit as Sarah was the most gracious host! Communicative and wonderfully helpful!

Rika did a great job and preparing everything and anticipating our needs. The hot tub was ready to go in & her quick response to questions we had was a plus too. Overall it was a beautiful home and Rika made our experience exceptional

We were in Oneonta for Parents weekend and wanted to stay close to town but away from the Parties and Trains. This place was a the perfect balance. We played cards on the porch and had coffee overlooking the Susquehanna River.

Our family of six adults enjoyed a quiet & relaxing weekend. We were greeted by a thoughtful welcome card and gift of s’mores ingredients/bottle of wine. The place includes all the comforts of home. The hosts put a good deal of effort into ensuring their guests have all the necessary items for a relaxing getaway. From shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms to firewood to hot tub towels to coffee machines and much more. Everything seems to be considered for guest comfort. The home is a mix of old & new which includes some very lovely furniture pieces. The large living room couch is comfy. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need for a family meal. The grounds are magnificent! We appreciated the ponds/dock, covered and open porches, fire pits, hot tub, and fabulous view. We stayed at the house most of the time. Communication with the hosts was excellent! Truly a home away from home. We hope to return. If you seek tranquility with a side of things to do, this is the place for you.

This was a great house. Anna was so responsive to any questions we had. It was spacious, with wonderful natural light filling the main living spaces. Kitchen was adequately equipped, with some basic necessities as well (oil, coffee, a few spices, salt and pepper). I loved how the host left little baskets in the bathrooms with basic necessities, in case we forgot anything. The convertible pool table / ping pong table was a big hit for our group. My only recommendation for this house -- since we were kept from skiing on Sunday -- was that it needs some more games and puzzles for rainy days!

Sarah's place was the perfect gateway; a very nice house, which is at the same time in the middle of the woods but also very close (about 5 minutes drive) to Livingston Manor and it's shops and breweries. communication with Sarah and Marshall was super easy and friendly. we will definitely come back

Kenroy was an exceptional host! He was responsive, flexible, helpful and the house was everything we could’ve wanted for the weekend. We would highly recommend to anyone looking in that area to reach out to Kenroy. We also brought our dog so it was great that the house was dog friendly! Kenroy was accommodating as stayed during the winter months. This was our first time visiting Livingston Manor, and Kenroy was excellent in providing recommendations for the area. We can’t wait to go back!

Naomi’s place is absolutely amazing. It was a perfect winter weekend getaway for me, my wife, our friends, and their two year old. The house was full of children’s books, games, and play areas, and even though the weather did not allow us to spend much time outside, we had no problem relaxing and keeping the two year old happy and occupied. Great, functional kitchen and comfortable living spaces. Naomi and her husband are incredible hosts. When they got an alert of an issue from the nest heating system, they made a long drove out in bad weather to take care of the issue and also share a few wonderful bottles of wine with us!! The grounds are amazing, and in nicer weather would have been terrific to explore. And of course, the sauna was great. We highly, highly recommend Naomi’s place for anyone, with or without kids, looking for a gorgeous relaxing getaway.

Francine and Vince were wonderful hosts. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and provided many suggestions for local places to visit. The location was perfect for us since we were in town to watch our son play baseball. We were close to both All-Star Village and Dreams, which was perfect. The lake was also beautiful. My husband and I had a great time during our stay.

My wife and I stayed here last year for the first time and we came back again this year because we really liked this place. The hosts were friendly and accommodating and made us feel welcome. The place was clean and well kept and the 3 bedrooms gave us more than enough space for our needs. They even let our cat stay here which most places won't allow. We really liked the location, the park like property, and being within walking distance to the town pool and the local deli. Thank you again Mustafa and Olena for a wonderful stay!

Great place near Cooperstown for Baseball Hall of Fame visit and overnight stop. Many thoughtful touches. Very cute decor!

Paul is the best host I have ever communicated with through Airbnb. He is extremely responsive and keeps a very clean place. Will be staying here for years to come.

Overall stay was wonderful! Kayaks, hot tub, grill, and fire pit were all great aspects of the stay! Great location for all the area has to offer!

I was looking for a very autumnal place to rest with my family for my husband’s birthday I invited my friends to accompany us all they loved the location the landscape the super clean cosy spacious house

Fantastic stay. Troy is SO communicative which put us at ease. He was also very transparent about what the house had and what we needed to bring ourselves. My favorite part was the abundance of kitchen tools which made cooking for our large group very easy. The property is quiet, private, and very scenic. The hot tub and fireplace were great - Troy provides plenty of firewood! There was very little cleanup required which we appreciated, too. Overall a great stay for a winter getaway and we hope to come back in the summer!

Wesley was a phenomenal host, beautiful home, extremely clean and comfortable! He checked in with us, making sure all was well during a snowfall, and offering a generator if the power were to go out! The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and there were many other little extras like games, snacks, some drinks and all the cleaning supplies you might need. If we ever visit Cooperstown again, I would definitely stay at Wesley’s house a second time! Thank you for making our stay great!

Me and my partner loved the place. We were lucky to be there when it snowed and made the environment 100x better. Would love to stay again!

I am so grateful that I found Sarah Melissa’s Birdhouse. It was the sweetest, brightest, coziest, and magical little place. I was welcomed by beautiful music playing throughout the house. It’s the perfect size and so aesthetically pleasing, bright colors and art and tons of sunlight. The house is very private, but not completely isolated which I liked,and perched overlooking the most beautiful meadow and fairy like woodland. I was able to sit and watch the deer graze during sunset and listen to the crows fly over. I was also there for the full moon and the view was spectacular. I was there for a peaceful quiet weekend and i got just that. Sarah melissa is such a generous and kind person and was very available and offered tons of recommendations from dining, to entertainment to hikes. I did the frick pond loop hike and it was beautiful. I can’t wait to go back. I really really loved this place.

The Pondhouse was like a fairytale cottage. Denise and Andrea were kind and attentive, and we enjoyed a wonderful idyllic stay. Hope to visit again sometime!

A great house for a family/friend weekend of skiing at Belleayre. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were clean and tidy for a group. Nice spacious dining room for group breakfasts and dinner

This was the perfect cozy retreat. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Debra’s Airbnb, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a beautifully decorated space that felt like a home away from home. The cozy atmosphere was immediately inviting. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the dining area provided a lovely spot to enjoy them. Debbie and Mike were absolutely fabulous host! I can’t wait to go back again. This will be a frequent trip we take!
