Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Delaware County

This Airbnb is completely amazing. It is beautiful. It is spacious. It is great for a group. It comes fully stocked with most of the basic things you need like a fully functional kitchen with things like syrup and jam and all of that in there. The host was completely responsive. If you are planning to go to ski, it is close to the mountain. I completely enjoyed our stay.

Rika did a great job and preparing everything and anticipating our needs. The hot tub was ready to go in & her quick response to questions we had was a plus too. Overall it was a beautiful home and Rika made our experience exceptional

Great host of this big 2 stories house, 4 bedrooms with queen bed in each and additional air mattresses for additional guests. The place is very quite and private. Had issue opening the front door (automatic lock was jammed and had to pull the door forward while being in the code) but Kenroy was very responsive to provide instructions and were able to check in quickly. Had outside fireplace and grill but couldn't use them as it was raining. Would highly recommend if going in a big group 12+ and want to enjoy some quite natural area.

My family and I stayed here for a short weekend getaway to go skiing at Plattekill mt . The house was absolutely stunning extremely clean, clutter free. Lots of space and bathrooms to accommodate my family. The view was amazing. This had to be one of the most relaxing vacations ever . My family, and I just enjoyed every moment of it. Between gathering around in the kitchen just to talk , or relaxing on the couch and watching the fire burn in the fireplace to the hot tub and of course the view of the mountains just spectacular. I would definitely recommend this home. I’m looking forward to going back again. ❤️

We had an incredible weekend at Vanda’s home. It was even more spacious and beautiful than the photos and very comfortably accommodated our group of 13. We all fit at the long dining table and there were plenty of beds. The upstairs living room was our main hangout spot, it was cozy (multiple stoves in the house and a beautiful fireplace) and the view through the windows was stunning. And it was very warm despite the cold weather outside! The kitchen had everything you’d need as well. We didn’t have to go anywhere! I would definitely emphasize cars with 4wd for winter visits, the driveway was steep and the snow/freezing rain we got made it difficult even with 4wd. Our hosts kindly sent someone to plow for us, recommended someone to help us tow a car out that got stuck at the bottom of the driveway, and were very flexible and responsive. Be prepared for winter conditions but it’s worth the trip! Overall our stay was really awesome, I’d highly recommend this house for large groups.

We spent a week at Laura's and loved the snow and quiet. It's definitely a drive to the main nearby towns, but the countryside is lovely. We know the area well and enjoyed checking out something new. The lakeside community was empty in the winter, but it seems like it would feel busier in summer. Nice kitchen equipment, comfortable beds, hot showers, and cozy spaces to be together. Couldn't ask for more!

A beautiful home and very convenient for what I needed for the weekend. Will definitely be staying again when I come home to visit.

Ashley’s place was exactly what we needed for our long stay—it was spacious and comfortable. Ashley and Amanda were very responsive and always went above and beyond to resolve any inconveniences we had. Looking forward to staying again when we’re in the area.

We have stayed here more times that I can count. Bob and Jacki's place is a great get-away. Comfortable, cozy and so clean and well stocked for a longer stay. If you see how many times I left a glowing review you will see I mean it since we keep coming back. It is our go to spot when staying in the Catskills. Thank you as always, Bob and Jacki!!

I had the pleasure of staying at Kim’s Delhi apartment above the shire restaurant. It was a lovely experience in a very nice and peaceful apartment located right in the heart of Town. Everything was as described in the listing and I would recommend the place for anybody visiting the Delhi area.

Brett and Patricia’s place is spotless, private, comfortable, quiet, and perfectly furnished. It’s on a great piece of land with friendly animals nearby, parking is easy, check in/check out is a breeze, and Brett and Patricia are the loveliest people. Stop reading this and book it.

We were in town for Cooperstown All-Star Village. It worked out great super close to restaurants as well as close to the field to go back-and-forth for games. House was extremely comfortable highly recommend.

Highly recommend this place. Dave was extremely responsive, informative, and friendly. There is plenty of room, and everything was very clean and tidy. The restaurant beneath the space is not only convenient, but the food was excellent as well. The surrounding area is very scenic, and is ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Would definitely stay here again!
