Lori's place was fantastic!! The house was spacious and all three bathrooms were sparkling clean. When it comes to the kitchen there was every utensil and appliance imaginable. The TVs had a wide range of streaming services already logged in as well as YouTube TV which came in handy for watching the Super Bowl. Unfortunately we had rainy weather and were not able to utilize the outdoor space, but it looked beautiful. If you want to walk to breakfast, lunch or dinner Ocean Beach (OB) is only about a 15minute walk. Our favorite restaurants were Ulivo (best pasta ever!!) and Breakfast Republic. The drive to Coronado Island was only about 25 minutes, downtown about 20 and the airport only about 13. Highly recommend staying here!!!

I had a great stay at Hector’s place! He was extremely proactive and responsive to all our questions and requests, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The location is excellent, close to multiple attractions in town, which made getting around very convenient. The townhome itself is well-designed and spacious, with three floors: the first floor has a master bedroom and laundry, the second floor features a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a social bathroom, and an office space, and the third floor has another master suite. The layout was convenient for our stay, providing both privacy and great common areas to relax. Overall, a great experience!

Absolutely marvelous stay. Michelle’s home is beautiful and well-equipped for everything our family needed to thrive on a few days’ vacation. We flew in and had only the basics and Michelle’s home had all we needed for fun at the beach, at the pool, and the kitchen was equally set up. We loved the pools which I think are salt-water pools which was a super pleasant surprise. Amazing little community right on the beach and super quiet. The decor is beautiful, maintenance and cleanliness 10/10. Loved seeing the ocean from the kitchen/living room and hearing the ocean from the deck. One of the finest Airbnb stays we’ve had, and Michelle is a Marvelous host. We would love to come back.

Our stay here was wonderful! The 3 bed/3 bath, especially in this price point, turned out to be a game changer for our group (two families with teenage kids). Living space slightly on the smaller side with just one couch, but the adults sat chatting at the dining table most nights anyways so it all worked out. Location was perfect. Felt like a safe neighborhood, less than 20 min drive from the destinations we visited (in all directions), and ~10 min walk to the beach. Plus, a Trader Joe’s just down the street! Off a somewhat busy road, but felt safe and still fairly quiet. You can hear the cars driving by at night, especially from the primary bedroom, but it was not a disturbance to us. Our rental car was too big for the reserved parking, but we never had a problem finding street parking. Hosts were responsive, though I only had to reach out asking for early check in (which they accommodated) and a checkout question (answered quickly). Highly recommend and would stay here again!

The place was exactly what we were looking for while visiting family nearby. It was clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t spend that much time there because it was in such a great spot - walking distance to the beach and downtown Carlsbad, and super close to the freeway for going anywhere further. Will definitely look to stay here again when returning to Carlsbad!

This was a great place to meet up with our adult kids and my daughters service dog. The property is about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach depending on your speed:). The local beach is beautiful. We have beachgoers, surfers and pickleball players in our family and every thing was down the street. The local dining was walkable but driving offered additional selections. Easy to navigate and get around. Rebecca was great, very responsive with our needs. Locked ourselves out one day and she helped up navigate the keypad and even allowed us early check in on our arrival. Thank you for sharing your home Rebecca!

Awesome location! Home was clean and perfect for our group. Teens appreciated how close the home was to the beach (a block away), the bay and Belmont park. Tastefully decorated, great TV room upstairs. The home had everything we needed. Although the home is close to the beach, it is located off the main road. If you’re a light sleeper, and you leave your window open, wear earplugs. Otherwise, perfect overall.

Amanda saved my trip when she stepped in at extremely short notice to allow me to stay in her apartment after I was let down by a different host. Communication was brilliant and Amanda was so helpful throughout my stay. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well situated, with everything I needed for a great stay. Extremely highly recommended.

Our family of 5 was 2 adults, a 9 and 12-year old. The house was perfect, with enough beds and space. The roomy kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils and tools needed to make meals in—when not eating out at local restaurants. The dinning room had many chairs and a large table, perfect when guests visit. The living room is spacious with games and room for playing, lounging, watching early soccer matches and movie nights. A lovely pool is steps away, as is the community's private beach. The stairway down has a deck with benches to watch sunsets and an outdoor shower to wash off sand. The beach is more secluded than the public beaches to the north and south and was an invigorating, peaceful walk in the mornings. Lots of added amenities! Read the host's instructions to manage temperature control, there is no AC but great ocean breezes and fans to assist in hot weather. Encinitas' climate is rarely extreme either way! We highly recommend this home and the hosts are very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay in the best neighborhood in San Diego. The view from the terrace is to die for and makes for a very relaxing morning coffee time. Annie is a great host and very responsive - looking forward to a return trip.

I have personally stayed on F street in 2 other BnB’s within this complex and this one is by far the nicest and most functional. Six of us enjoyed new years at petco which is a 13 min walk from the bnb. We will definitely be back for future trips!

Dry spacious, and accessible to the Little Italy restaurants and night life. Jacqueline is, not only hospitable and accessible, but is also very cute!!! All the best

Great Airbnb. A little overpriced but because of area I understand! Otherwise great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Jacob’s place with our family of 4! The location was perfect for access to explore San Diego. The layout worked well for our family and we appreciated the extra folding bed. The unit was quiet and felt safe. Jacob and his team had great communication throughout the stay!

It was a nice two floor condo. The close assigned parking spot was nice. The condo was very cute, clean and comfortable. The master bedrooms bed could probably use a new mattress but wasn’t bad. It had its own bathroom which was nice. The third bedroom is downstairs which we didn’t realize but the second bedroom upstairs had two beds. The host was good at communicating with us. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The beds and showers were great. There are lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. We went whale watching (saw 2 whales!) We went to the safari zoo. We had lots of tacos. We went to some local fitness classes( renegade, bar3, yoga box). We went to the dueling piano bar. We had fun with the darts. We watched the sunset at sunset cliffs. We sat by the fireplace in the evening. Thanks very much for hosting us!!

Fantastic location! Three blocks from the beach and less than 15 to downtown!! Quiet neighborhood with lots of great eateries and liquor stores nearby. Beds were super comfortable too!! Great place for two couples to explore San Diego!

We had a great time staying here for a family weekend get together. The house had tons of extra bedding, towels, and kids toys! The kitchen was fully stocked with enough pots, pans, plates, and cutlery - it worked great for our group. The host let us check in early, which saved us from having to keep our 2 boys occupied without a place to stay for a few hours. For the price, location, service, and amenities, you can’t beat this place. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent place! Very close to everything by car! The apartment was very comfortable and matched the description and photos! Tony is very kind and attentive!
