Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Del Mar

warm pool and hot tub, easy walk to the beach, nice staff, really comfortable bed and pillow.... All great. I was worried about proximity to Hwy 101 and envisioned potential traffic noise, but there was none.

Kim was a great host. Very responsive and helpful with information and helping us obtain discounted tickets. The space was spacious and clean. We did not use any of the amenities because we were not there long but it was quiet and comfortable with gorgeous flowers and landscaping. Quick walk to the beach.

This was such a perfect family vacation. The employees were so friendly and helpful. There were so many things to do for the kids and family. The views were incredible and so close to the beach. We will 100% be going back. It fit out large family comfortably and we were so relaxed and happy. They even had a fun party to ring in the new year. It was a perfect stay.

This is a great little place. It is walk-able to Balboa Park (and the zoo, if you want to add some steps to your day at the zoo). It was clean. Comfortable. It was a bit far from downtown for my little's legs, but for grown ups and bigger kids the walks would be no problem. Having a little kitchen was super. I did not attend the time-share presentation. The only thing i did not care for is the bathroom light was motion detecting, and super bright. So it would turn off while showering, and getting up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night was blinding. It is possible there is a way to turn it on and off to stay on or off, but i did not figure it out.

With extremely short notice, the host was responsive and super accommodating. Walkable to the very cool “Design District” with fun shopping. Quick 3 minute walk to the beach. Great stay! Thanks Kim!!

Fantastic stay! The home was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

it was a little hard to find because it was night time when we were looking for the apartment. But once we did it was cute, peaceful, clean, and a lot of amenities. Host was helpful getting me lego land tickets which saved me money as well as a second parking spot. would definitely book again!

This place had everything you’d want. We had five adults and one kid. Complimentary coffee and tea, amazing location…. Will stay here again.

Massah was great and so is his property. I loved the feeling that when guests left things that might be useful for someone else behind (books, Tupperware, peanut butter, etc) it was saved and handy instead of thrown out - literally anything I wanted happened to be available but there was still plenty of storage space and no clutter or crowdedness. Thanks for a great stay!

After our travel plans fell through, Kim saved the day by setting us up with accomodations during opening weekend at the Del Mar Racetrack. The resort was fantastic and had all the amenities we could ask for and more. Don't hesitate - just book it!

Location, location, location! The unit is clean, up to date, functional, and most importantly walking distance to the race track. Communication with Kim was easy and check in was a breeze.

Wonderful spot! Will stay again very soon.

Second time around staying here! This time we enjoyed the amenities with playing billiards and ping pong in their game room. Property is nice and clean and matched description perfectly. It was a very nice getaway. Next time we’ll take advantage of the pool and jacuzzi!
