Monthly Rentals in Deer Park, Old Toronto

We stayed here for a month in October and had a fantastic time! The apartment is modern and well-kept. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood with parks and Casa Loma nearby. Public transport is right outside, so getting around was easy and convenient. The living room is bright during the day, but it wasn’t a big deal. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Toronto!

We were very happy at our stay at Laurel and John’s place. It felt as if we were staying at a family member’s place. Very comfortable setting with impeccable design and artistic details. Every single communication with them made us happy and relaxed during our stay. We would happily return and recommend their place to everyone we know.

Although this is a basement, it has a lot of windows. I immediately felt at home because the suite is very cozy. You can tell Olga put a lot of care when decorating and designing the layout. Bed is very comfortable, wi-fi works great( I worked from home almost everyday) and there is a nice/comfy desk. The neighborhood is safe and walking distance to the ttc. For me, another advantage was having in-unit laundry. So far, one of the best airbnb experiences I have had. Thanks for everything Olga.

Lovely basement exactly as described, as a solo female traveller I felt extremely safe and secure at this location as well. Ed was easy to get hold of if needed and the apartment was also super clean. Thank you Ed!
