House vacation rentals in Decimomannu

We (6 adults and 2 kids) loved staying here! The house layout is a bit peculiar but it worked for us. Mario was an incredible host. Super responsive, had great local recommendations, left yummy goodies on arrival. You do need a car as the place is not walkable to anything. The views and pool are all worth it. We highly recommend!

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about 10 minutes walk. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts who were always available for any requests or information.

We had a great time staying at Aldo's place. The house is great and has everything you need. The pool outside the front door is a real eye-catcher. We loved it! Thank you for the hospitality :-)

Marion was the perfect host, responsive, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We fell in love with the villa at first sight and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful, spacious property. The beach with its white sand and crystal clear water are about a 7 minutes walk from the villa. Marion helped us with local recommendations and we've had a wonderful time in Torre delle Stelle and surroundings.

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every night we had a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

Super house with pool (large and deep). This is already rather cool in October because it is unheated and can only be used to a limited extent "unfortunately". Furnishings very high quality and everything available. The house is accessible off the beaten path by a natural road. In the village about 10-15 minutes walk you will find everything such as restaurant, small shop, bar, etc. Beach about 25 minutes or 5 minutes by car. In the bathroom there is only one small shower, but outdoor two. One by the pool and one by the house :-). Thanks to Luisanna, Mattia & Michela, we were able to enjoy our holidays with you. The charging station at the house only charges with 2-3 kW, but nearby you will find good and fast charging stations for electric cars who need this.

The House is very spacious and has a nice garden and veranda! We really enjoyed the tennis courts (there were even rackets to use) and the beach is super close! Restaurants and supermarkets are just a few minutes by car and the house has a parking spot. The communication was very easy via whats app. The kitchen and the bathroom are a little wonky but we found everything we needed. The two bedrooms are nice and the mattresses are quite firm (for some people it might matter).

We (a group of 3 couples) stayed a good week in the cottage. In the dark it was not quite so easy to find the driveway, but otherwise everything worked out very well. The house and rooms are exactly as shown and also described in the photos. The equipment of pots and dishes is very good, wine glasses it could be a few more. The view from the terrace is fantastic, the location is quiet, everything very pleasant. You can easily reach the beach and the small supermarket on foot, but the way home is a little bit strenuous. The beach is totally pleasant, beautiful sand, great water, a bar, what more could you want. Enrico's information was helpful, he was easily accessible and responded directly. All in all, we enjoyed it very much. Glad to come back!

a beautiful vacation, the house is beautiful, clean and in a fabulous location, parked outside the house, nearby restaurants and sea 500m away. A truly beautiful home, clean and with everything you need to be at home. Very comfortable and very clean. Comfortable in the center and shopping facilities. For the beaches you need to use cars, but it is well worth it being really nice and all a few kilometers away. The only flaw was found in the hasty check-in activity without particular interest to the guest, I think due to the choice of having thisactivity manage to third parties. House located in a very quiet private complex. Summarizing the house is highly recommended and really beautiful, clean and with everything you need.

The stay has met all our expectations. Comfortable accommodation equipped with all the essentials. Marcello is a very prepared host,before arrival he gave us useful tips about the area and during the stay we interacted very little as we did not need it. Everything went smoothly! We only took the car 4 or 5 times in 12 days to visit other renowned beaches or to do "big shopping". Nearby there are still some restaurants and various services (markets a little expensive but useful in case of need). The beach is 100 meters away, not even! I personally appreciated it a lot for spaces and natural features: large grained sand with yellow colors that made the water a particular emerald color. Only negative note: for 3 nights,probably in a nearby bar, there was a lot of noise. One of these until 6 am! Many in the neighborhood complained to confirm the actual noise caused.

Stay in a piece of history inside the walls of a beautiful Castle town . Host gave daily recommendations that were awesome.

hello, it is not usual for me to write reviews unfortunately but this time I promised myself to do it as I was managed, I congratulate you and I thank Cristina and Vincenzo for how they followed us, I spent 10 days in the family with 2 fantastic children aged 3 and 6. They were always present and active to help, their house is very nice. We had a very good time. Nearby there is a pharmacy, market , ATM and bar pickup. No other way. See you soon

Excellent location, clean apartment, well furnished. Easy checkin and checkout. Great place to visit the many beautiful beaches around Villasimius and the surrounding areas. Will definitely recommend.

Great experience. We were in four adults and two children and we were comfortable, well-maintained garden with all the comforts (grill, outdoor shower and sun loungers). Clean and spacious apartment, about a quarter of an hour from all the beaches around Villasimius. Lisa was very helpful and caring, she gave us great advice and took care of how our stay was going. Highly recommended

A great (row)house and very nice hosts. The house is relatively small, but has everything you need for a family of four. It is very nice and equipped with nice touches. The view of the sea is world class. Each of the rooms has a beautiful view of the Costa Rei. The Costa Rei is excellent for bathing. Even at the end of October the sea is warm and perfect for bathing. In the area you will also find beautiful hiking trails. You definitely need a car (we took the ferry from Genoa to Porto Torres; the flight alone would have been twice as expensive as the ferry). Many thanks to the great hosts!

We were very satisfied with the apartment, cozy, tidy and clean. Quiet area, but with all the services available around.. a few kilometers and there are various large supermarkets, discount, pharmacy, etc.. super useful indoor parking space! Comfortable as a solution for those who stop at the sea of Poetto, which is about 1km away by car. We also used the barbecue a lot. 🔝 And finally, thank you to Davide who was always kind and available for any useful information about the house and outside. A beautiful home located in a quiet area, well-connected to the town centre, buses for other cities in Sardegna, and the summer beach shuttle. Highly, highly recommended

We had a fantastic week in Oct 2024 in Simone's summer house. Great location under the Mediterranean pine trees 150m from the beach. Spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 kids to not feel crowded. Well supplied with towels, soap and kitchen essentials. Simone was a example of Sardinian hospitality, he made us feel welcome from the 1st moment and was very understanding when we were late because of a delay. Arrival and departure were as easy as can be. Definitely recommend this place!

The house and amenities look much better than the photos. The place was really close to the beach. It was quiet and peaceful. He could use the charcoal grill. There was also an outdoor shower so we washed off the sand outside after the beach. Two terraces where you could eat + the large balcony was great. If you want to just be on the beach and go to just buy something at the store, you don't even need a car. The store was relatively close (15 minutes on foot), although with a lot of shopping it wasn't easy, but it's manageable. If you will have a rental car, there is parking on the property. A/C was in every room but didn't even need to turn it on. Wifi was sufficient for 4 people. I highly recommend this place to stay

Valentina was a wonderful host, we had a lively time with great weather, all the facilities of a house - plenty of space. Any hitches were taken care of immediately & lots of helpful advice on what to do and great places to eat. We had a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable visit to Sardinia - thank you!
