I stayed in this beautiful and cozy apartment with my parents and dog over the Christmas days. Communication with the host is great (very friendly and helpful) and check-in was super easy thanks to the codes sent before. It has everything you could need for a stay and both bed and sofa are comfortable for sleeping. The well insulated windows create a quiet atmosphere, despite the proximity to downtown and the quite busy street. There is plenty of street parking or you can very easily find two guarded parking spaces within walking distance (from the balcony you can see the side street down straight through or at the Europa hotel in the city center). Downtown and thus plenty of shopping opportunities (also 24/7) are within walking distance of a few minutes. We will be happy to come back. Thank you for this great stay, we can only recommend the apartment.

My girlfriend and I booked the place for 2 nights over the weekend. Unfortunately, the specified address does not work with Google Maps or Apple Maps (leads elsewhere) - here Rafal could perhaps find another way to show guests the way 🥲 But he came to our personal aid and led us into the house, which was very nice. The location is very quiet and private, only 2 other accommodations are on the premises. However, you cannot hear or see other guests here, as everything is separated by fir trees. To do something or see something, you have to drive a little further by car (about 30 minutes to Jelenia Góra, for example). However, I assume that this place is more likely to be booked for the quiet and relaxed location in the countryside. For cooking, everything is available, the hot tub is already preheated by Rafal for an extra charge (€90 for 2 days) and the bed is OK. All the rooms were clean. Overall a great stay :)
