What a great place to stay! Not even a five minute walk to the beach ⛱️ You can walk to either Surfside or Garden City Piers, which make for great strolls and photos. The house was clean, and exactly like the photos. It worked great for my family. I appreciate how responsive Lissa was! The best part? Checkin and Checkout were a breeze. oh and plenty of parking! We were able to fit 2 trucks and 2 SUVs easy. I definitely recommend this stay.

Summer’s place is a great place to stay. Right across the street from the beach with easy access. Home is a nice clean and relaxing place to unwind after a day at the beach. Summer was very accommodating with a request and truly appreciated her hospitality. I highly recommend staying here. Great bang for your buck. Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much Summer!!

This place is great. I loved the view of the city and beach, parking is not far. It was clean and spacious, the pool and hot tub area were clean. It has everything need for the kitchen and bathroom. I would definitely come back

My family and I fully enjoyed our stay.! The condo is great, and 100% as described The location is perfect and right across a quiet street to the beach. The restaurant off the lobby (Buckets) was great and super convenient for a quick bite, and drink. Pam is awesome, and seemingly always there! We had a car and all restaurants and attractions were no more than 15min away. We enjoyed the boardwalk, and broadway on the beach, trip to N. Myrtle Beach for a Dolphin tour was great as well, we’d recommend Sea Racer Tours 100%. Best part was the Beach and Pool and the convenience of both. Thanks again Ron! Jeff & Family

Patricia was a great host. Condo was in a great location. Very clean, had everything we needed and Patricia gave us very clear and complete instructions so everything from check in to check out was very smooth and easy for us!

Although we stayed at a home that we did not select (due to homeowner emergency) we were provided a home with identical amenities. Nicole was very responsive and her property was well taken care of. The location was awesome! Just a few minutes walk to the beach. She provided lots of recommendations and the house was more than adequately stocked. Each bedroom offered extra linens, extra bath towels and more than enough kitchenware. Will definitely stay at one of Nicole’s properties again!

Our time at the cottage was exactly what we needed. My mother has limited mobility so not having to worry about steps was great. There was tons of beach stuff and towels so we didn't to worry about any of that. The cottage was extremely clean. The golf cart was a little confusing because the key is actually on a different key chain than what was listed in the instructions. But once we figured it out, it was very helpful and easy to get everything down to the beach. We loved that little gated community!

Went down for a weekend getaway with my two daughter's and their God Mother and Aunt to bring an end to summer and to celebrate my youngest daughter turning 5 who wanted to celebrate at Myrtle Waves water park. So we spent the weekend there and at the beach. Will definitely stay again. There was so many things to do at the resort we just didn't have enough time. The host/s were excellent and very responsive..Lastly the views of the beach were definitely better in person the pictures didn't do it any justice.

Great condo! It was updated nicely and we felt very comfortable there. The kitchen was also very well stocked for cooking meals. We also enjoyed the view and that there are indoor pools and hot tubs as it was too cold to use the outdoor ones when we were staying. Would love to come back when its warmer so we could use all the amenities.

Great beach house in a fantastic location! Debbie made all the arrangements for a very easy check-in, and the house had everything we needed for our stay (with use of the golf cart a huge plus!). The location was perfect, right in the middle of the community near the pools and other amenities, with that fantastic view over the lake from the back porch where we spent plenty of time relaxing. The whole family (kids, parent, grandparents) enjoyed the space and we hope to be back.

Great location near the beach, Brookgreen Gardens and lots of restaurants. Having access to the bikes was an extra bonus! We enjoyed riding around Murrels Inlet and then returning to the firepit in the evening. The hosts were super responsive and kind.

We had a FANTASTIC stay! Spacious condo - enjoyed having our own bedroom and bath. Easy to get around in the area and close to a variety of restaurants. Lots of golf options nearby as well. Would definitely go back and stay again!

Very spacious nice place, we felt right at home. Pools were great. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped. Balcony and being on the golf course was so relaxing. Only drawback was that the tvs are not smart and were a bit hard to figure out.

Great location. Kitchen is stocked with cooking necessities to cook at home. Beds were comfortable. Perfect for 3 families with children! Linen package has the perfect amount of linens for every member of the house. Very clean and homey. I would recommend bringing a fan with you and some blackout curtains if you take the upstairs rooms & are traveling with children. It’s warm on the front side of the house when the sun hits in the morning (as expected). We will be back!
