Ximena is a GENIUS! Super kind to us and especially to our 4-year-old son. Very attentive to every question. Communication was smooth from the time the booking was made until the keys were handed over when we left. The apartment is very comfortable and complete! Beautiful view of the boulevard, waterfront and beach. It is located a few blocks from Punta Carretas Shopping. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here last year and loved it so much, we returned again this year! The host is very responsive and helpful. They made some updates in the apartment and it looks great! The location is great located right next to the rambla, coffee shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. I definitely recommend this place!

Juan Santiago's place has a view as beautiful as in the photos, and the terrace is huge - the entire length of the apartment. The location is spectacular and the building feels very secure. Juan Santiago is a great host! We had a problem where something broke in the shower, and he quickly personally resolved it and fixed it himself.

Everything is fine, the neighborhood is quiet. We left the vehicle parked on the street every day and never had a problem. It is worth noting the comfort if you travel with babies, as in our case it includes a chair, crib and there are even car seats.

Great apartment, well equipped. Peaceful and quiet, protected from cold wind, overlooking trees and smaller buildings. Responsive and helpful host. Located in new building of good quality with friendly porteros, warm swimming pool and sauna (jacuzzi was broken when we stayed). The building is across the road from two beaches, both good for walks, jogging and swimming. This part of Montevideo is clean, walkable and quiet.

Both Juan by messages, and then he and his partner the day we left were very kind. The very few problems that arose were resolved very well and they were totally willing to help. The park couldn't be nicer, the neighborhood is very quiet, and you're in front of the beach. For two people it's great. I would definitely recommend it, I would come back!

The house is just like the photos, beautiful, super comfortable and the pool is super enjoyable, (heated if you request it during the day or at night because the weather sometimes doesn't help). It is in a beautiful area, close to the beach and Alejandro is always attentive to everything you might need.

You can't beat the location of this studio. Right on the beach, with amazing views of Playa Pocitos. The studio was clean, had excellent heat, and very hot water. A little hiccup on the check in, as I got in very late and had to pick up the key from a lockbox ten blocks away. I initially overreacted to this, but it turned out just fine. All the necessary items are provided to cook, and you are surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and outdoor jungle gyms, where you can work out if you like. Transportation from this place is a breeze, as it is right on Rambla Peru and Blvd. Espana. I loved the rambla, or oceanfront boardwalk.

Fátima was a great host... it made me very quiet... always attentive!!! The apartment is wonderful was worth the experience... everything working perfectly!!! Location is great... with everything you need to make a good trip around... Montevideo is a wonderful city!!! I liked it a lot!!! and if you are looking to enjoy all this, Pocitos district and the place !!!! and the apartment of Fátima is certainly one of the best options!!!!! Super recommend!!!

I was with the family in Montevideo and the accommodation is excellent, everything was spotless and very organized. The location is excellent, a couple of blocks from Pocitos beach and others from the center of Pocitos. Maria Amalia was worried from when you arrive until when one should leave. I would obviously come back here when I have to come to Montevideo again.
