A small apartment in the basement - everything very clean and cozy. The location is great, you have a beautiful view of the dune. The host is friendly and lives upstairs in the house, privacy is given. You can hear noises from the house in between, but that didn't bother me. Thank you for the good time!

Carin's cottage is really wonderfully cozy. You will find beautiful, quirky interior, great details and wonderful lighting. We were there in winter but I am sure that it is also very cozy in the really beautiful garden in spring and summer. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking and in the evening you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace on the large and comfortable sofa. The communication with Carin was straightforward and friendly, check-in absolutely flexible and straightforward. We can really recommend this place!

Mirella was amazingly helpful - responsive and assisted with the booking requirements. Made the transition of moving to a new country that much easier . The set up with family in mind and small kids really helped us . The place was accept great walks and we could live a normal lifestyle. We would like to thank Mirella for all the help she gave us

Great cottage equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Great location for peace and nature lovers but also not far from great cities such as Alkmaar and of course Amsterdam. Super nice, always available hosts.

The communication with Tessa was great. She was very accommodating and was able to help with any questions. The place was very clean, well equipped and with 2 bathrooms very convenient for 6 people. Would happily come again.

I stayed in beautiful North Holland for five days. For this time I decided to rent Florian's apartment. The communication was very friendly,good and detailed, so it was no problem to find the apartment and also check in without problems. The apartment itself is located in a quiet and beautiful residential area. It is enchantingly beautiful, modern, very clean and spread over two floors. I loved their coziness and the absolutely tasteful decor. The kitchen is rather very luxurious and offers everything you need to cook if you want. I thought it was nice that it is open to the living space. I felt incredibly comfortable and especially about the personal welcome at the small wall table and the lovingly set table. Thank you for that. Anyone who likes a nice and very clean ambience should definitely spend their stay in Florian's apartment. I highly recommend and will come back for sure.

We stayed with two couples in Denise's cottage over New Year's Eve and felt very comfortable. The equipment is great, the cottage is newly renovated, nicely furnished and sparkling clean. The house is located in a holiday complex directly on the dyke, you can be on the beach in 15 minutes where there is also a nice beach restaurant. Many pretty places are easily accessible for excursions and in a good hour you are also in Amsterdam.

Good place for stay in spring and summer.

What a lovely cottage this is! The beautiful large garden gives you the feeling of being completely alone here. Was very nice for the children, with all crawl through paths. The wood stove was our second favorite. Burned very easily and gave a lot of atmosphere. The cottage is anyway very cozy and personally decorated, so we quickly felt at home. Fine beds and beautiful lamps everywhere. Close to the beach and near the beautiful Schoorl dunes. This is absolutely recommended. We will definitely come back!
