A small apartment in the basement - everything very clean and cozy. The location is great, you have a beautiful view of the dune. The host is friendly and lives upstairs in the house, privacy is given. You can hear noises from the house in between, but that didn't bother me. Thank you for the good time!

We spent an amazing 4 days in the apartment celebrating my mother’s 80th birthday. Everyone loved the apartment, the views are to die for, great amenities, high quality furniture and plenty of spaces to sit and relax, even in winter. Would love to come back!

The stay at Merel’s place was great from beginning to end. Communicating with her was easy and straightforward, accommodating an earlier check in and ensuring that everything is in place for our stay. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the place and by how well the kitchen was equipped. Overall, we would strongly recommend her place for a relaxing, conveniently situated accommodation for a holiday with family or friends.

nonney is a super nice and helpful hospitable host. nothing is too much to ask. apartment is neat super nice big bed big plus. location is fine. you can walk to downtown in 10 minutes.

Very nice welcome, charming place, welcoming and warm people, great house

We stayed at Rosemarie's place for 4 nights over New Year's Eve with a total of 5 people (4 adults and one child). It was just as beautiful as it was described. The sauna is just perfect of the size for 4 people and was also used by us. The large kitchen-living room is simply a dream. You can have conversations with the other people while cooking. The location is a quiet residential area. The two cats that belong to the house were with us almost all the time during the day. They are very sweet. We also cared for the 4 rabbits daily. Our child felt totally comfortable with the animals around him. Around the house are canals where you could fish. The property is really large and great for letting off steam for children as everything is available. Also in the house is everything you need. We were completely satisfied and would like to go there again.

Great cottage equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Great location for peace and nature lovers but also not far from great cities such as Alkmaar and of course Amsterdam. Super nice, always available hosts.

What a lovely cottage this is! The beautiful large garden gives you the feeling of being completely alone here. Was very nice for the children, with all crawl through paths. The wood stove was our second favorite. Burned very easily and gave a lot of atmosphere. The cottage is anyway very cozy and personally decorated, so we quickly felt at home. Fine beds and beautiful lamps everywhere. Close to the beach and near the beautiful Schoorl dunes. This is absolutely recommended. We will definitely come back!

We had some great days at Astrid's house! Dutch charm with attention to detail. The small terrace in front of the house was very nice - right on the canal and the possibility to end the afternoon and evening with sun. Astrid was always easy to reach and even surprised us with apple bags when we arrived. Lake very delicious 😊 We would come back!

First-class cottage where nothing is missing . From the mosquito nets at the windows, large shower, lots of decor - from modern dishes , various coffee machines to toilet paper - all available . The person feels comfortable all around when you enter the Charlet. Very cozy ambience. This is how vacation must be .

It was already our third vacation at this property. As before, we were particularly enthusiastic about the friendliness of the hostess Martine and the welcoming and cozy atmosphere in the cottage. The accommodation offers everything you need. Highlighted are the fully and cleverly equipped kitchen, the quiet and private location as well as the helpful and very current tips about the Martine area. If you bring your bike or e-bike (or rent) it can be protected and securely connected to a ring that is recessed into the wall. Two outdoor sockets allow you to charge e-bike batteries. The location of the cottage allows for a wide variety of excursions by foot, bike or car. Communication with Martine is easy and unconstrained, so you really always feel at home. We will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely stay in Bergen. It really is a perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location is great: private, incredibly quiet and yet within walking distance of both the cozy center and the beautiful forest. The accommodation itself was comfortable and equipped with every comfort. In addition, it is also an ideal starting point for a visit to Schoorl. A perfect place to escape and enjoy the surroundings. We'd love to come back!

An enchanting cottage, lovingly and tastefully decorated, with lots of helpful amenities (yoga mats! Reading glasses!). Stefanie is a perfect and generous host who has just thought of everything. There were two of us and we had more than enough space - with more people, the bathroom could be a little small. As far as cleanliness is concerned, there is absolutely nothing to fault. The location is quiet and within walking distance to the (very worth seeing) center of Hoorn. We thank Stefanie and would come back anytime!

For 3 nights it was perfect and uncomplicated. For a family of 4, the sofa is a little too small and therefore uncomfortable. If you like country life and possibly - like us - have a dog with you, you will love it.

Great location, great host. Place was clean and so close to the station. Only thing was they didn't have an iron so if you're relying on one plan a contingency!

Alexandra was super nice and accommodating. Communication was super quick and friendly. The bathroom was super clean and very modern. The bed was very comfortable, the bedding smelled super pleasant. It was almost hotel character. The kitchen is fully satisfactorily equipped, there was nothing missing and everything worked perfectly. The underfloor heating works perfectly and was very comfortable for the cool autumn days with toddler (15 months). The location of the apartment is super central, but still quiet. We will be happy to come back. Thanks for the wonderful stay. Extraordinary praise: shortly after checkout, Alexandra called me as we forgot something. It will be sent to us by post.

The location of the apartment is great. The center is within walking distance, yet it is quiet. Check in was easy and quick. Alexandra was always very responsive and helpful. The layout of the apartment is not quite visible in the photos. Only a real bedroom and an anteroom with bed. There is also the sink and a built-in shower. The terrace is not directly accessible via the apartment. One or two things were not in order with the cleanliness otherwise we were satisfied and it was completely sufficient for 3 people. The place Egmond is super nice and we loved it.
