A very nice apartment located at the other side of the river in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The ferry takes you downtown in less than 10 minutes every half hour or you have a reliable bus service 24 hours. You also have the Mississippi trail just across the street if you want to go out for a run. The apartment has natural light, ample spaces and comfortable furniture.

We loved our stay at Benjamin’s place!! What especially stood out was the heating system and how comfortable all the beds were. We liked the charm of the long hallway and the bedrooms being all very private. The decor was very cute. Also the neighborhood was awesome!! We met so many locals and if you get a chance PLEASE try the smoker truck that parks within a block or two of this house. BEST pork chop sandwich I’ve ever had. Yes you read that right pork chop sandwich! Thank you for a fantastic stay in an amazing city.

Very clean Airbnb. Beautiful pool but too chilly at Thanksgiving. Only slept at Airbnb as we were in town for Thanksgiving with our son’s family. Comfy beds. Very quiet neighborhood. Would recommend.

Robin was very responsive when i had any questions. The home was absolutely beautiful. From the entrance, to the high ceilings and the beautiful dining room. We drank our coffee every morning on the large backyard deck. Ive stayed at alot of airbnb's and this home was by far the best!!! I will definitely pick this home again on my next trip to nola!

Great location! Walked to Magazine street and ate at Joey K’s and Slim Goodies Diner, both were fabulous! Walked to St. Charles for drinks at The Chloe. The reason for our visit was The Radiators at Tipitina’s, which was close by. Nicki’s place was fabulous. The heated bathroom floor was such a great. (And there was another bathroom!). Will definitely be back.

Location, location, location! Sarah and Alleshia's place was perfect for our group of 7 friends, who have traveled together for almost 40 years! Marigny is the place to be: We loved walking around the neighborhood, and nearby restaurants (like Ruby Slipper across the street and Ike's Love and Sandwiches down the block) were delicious. Beds were comfortable, common areas were conducive to visiting, and kitchen had all that was needed. (TBH, who's cooking at home when you're in NOLA?!?) Best was how immediately responsive and helpful Alleshia was. The weekend before the January 22 snow-pocalypse was pretty bitter cold, and when we asked for a few extra blankets, there they were, delivered before we got back from the day's excursion. Thank you so much, Alleshia, for everything you did to make our time in NOLA wonderful!

I really enjoyed my stay. Easy check in instructions. Very quiet neighborhood and extremely cozy home. I walked everyday I was there, it’s very walkable to many of great spots in New Orleans. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I stayed for two weeks and found the house to be SO comfortable! It is just as charming as it looks in the photos. The neighborhood is only okay ambience-wise, but you can’t beat its convenient location. Just a couple of blocks to the St. Charles street car or the 91 bus. Nearby restaurants that we’d recommend: Avenue Cafe, Hi-Velocity, Mais Arepa, Gris-Gris and Hot Tin! Take the street car to The Columns Hotel, Chloe or Commander’s Palace

Robin is an amazing host! She reached out to us with places in the area to eat, etc. She also checked in on us when we had to extend our stay due to the epic snowstorm! She made sure we had what we needed. I would recommend her place and her as a host to anyone.
